虽然湖南省的星级酒店业保持着高速发展的趋势，但是其经营效果却不容乐
观。通过《中国旅游统计年鉴》显示，近年来湖南省星级酒店大规模扩张，从业
人员大幅增加，但是其营业收入却增长有限；湖南省星级酒店的盈利能力与其扩
张规模（速度）并没有表现出一致性。因此，揭开扩张迅速这一表面现象，湖南
省星级酒店的经营面临着前所未有的挑战，合理分配资源、优化人力资源、提高
经营效率成为湖南省星级酒店业亟待解决的重大课题
制约酒店效率的因素是多方面的，从财务的单一角度研究酒店效率的可行性
和现实性都有待商榷。为了更好的提高湖南省星级酒店经营效率，分析影响湖南
省星级酒店效率的因素，本文针对湖南省星级酒店业发展迅速、经营效率偏低这
一现状，采用数据包络分析(DEA)的方法，采用酒店从业人员、固定资产作为投
入指标变量，营业收入、客房出租率、人均实现利润为产出指标变量，选用 2005
年至 2014 年湖南省星级酒店经营数据作为数据样本，建立投入产出指标体系，
从宏观角度，分析了湖南省星级酒店的效率状况
根据分析结果发现，湖南省星级酒店绝大多数处于 DEA 无效，技术效率较
低，整体投入产出效率不高，经营效率较差。其次，湖南省各星级酒店存在不同
程度的投入冗余和产出不足。最后，提出相关对策和建议：控制三大效率稳步发
展，紧跟市场需求和国家政策；提高纯技术效率，进行酒店现代化管理；降低投
入冗余，合理分配资源；提高人均实现利润，优化人力资源

Abstract
Because of China&39;s reform and opening up, the steady growth of economy and
tourism has provided a solid foundation for the development of China&39;s hotel industry.
After stepping into the new era, the Beijing Olympic Games, Shanghai World Expo,
the Asian Games and some of other importent events, have promote the rapid
development of this industry. At present, the development of starred hotels in Hunan
has maintained a good development trend with the active and positive development of
the national Starred hotels.
Although of the starred hotel industry of Hunan has maintained a high speed, its
profit is not pleasant. China Tourism Statistical Yearbook shows that in recent
years, lots of starred hotels has springed out in Hunan, more employees appearred, but
its income has increased in a low speed; the profitability and the expansion of the
starred hotels (speed) in Hunan have not showed consistency. Therefore, leave along
the rapid expansion ,it is clear that the management of the starred hotels in Hunan is
facing with some unprecedented challenges,among with rational allocation of
resources, optimizing human resources and improving operational efficiency are the
major issues to be solved.
There are many influencing factors of limiting the efficiency of it development
and the feasibility of analysing the efficiency of the hotel only from the perspective of
finance. In order to improve the operating efficiency of the starred hotel in Hunan,
analyze the factors affecting the efficiency the hotel, the thesis analyzes the running
efficiency of the hotels by studying their low speed of development and their low
effiiciency.according to the Hunan starred hotel industry rapid development, low
efficiency of this situation, by using the method of data envelopment analysis, using
the hotel employees, fixed assets as input variables, operating income, room
occupancy rate, per capita profit as output variables, the operating data from 2005 to
2014 in Hunan Province star hotel as samples, an input-output index system of Hunan
Province star hotel operating efficiency status, from a macro perspective.
According to the analysis, the majority of the starrated hotels in Hunan province
are invalid in DEA, they are low in technical efficiency and the efficiency of overall
input-output, and are poor at operating output. At the same time,all these hotels have
the problem of low output and high input. Finally, relevant countermeasures and
suggestions are put forward : Controlling the three major efficiency and steady
development, keeping up with market demand and national policies; improving
technology, to manage the hotel optimizing human resources.
