本文对江西 XX 光伏公司的柔性生产方案进行了设计,并对其实施效果进行
了评估,在理论上,介绍了柔性生产的理论和实践模式;在实践中,运用观察、
对比等方法详细剖析了江西 XX 光伏公司传统半自动生产线和大规模流水线的
柔性生产作业模式。根据目前的企业实际状况,详细探讨了该企业所面临的外
部环境,从买家、市场需求、供应商、市场竞争等方面进行总结,分析了企业
施行柔性生产模式的必要性和迫切感,特别是归纳出江西 XX 光伏公司所存在的
问题。然后在生产成本、生产力、生产周期等数据的基础上,对大规模生产线、
柔性生产线进行差异化分析,总结归纳了 XX 光伏公司引入柔性生产模式的可行
性,以及引入新的模式给 XX 光伏公司带来了诸如成本、产能等核心竞争力的提
升。文章最后总结了 XX 光伏公司导入柔性生产模式的流程改造及其经验
可见,在 XX 光伏公司推广模块化单元的柔性生产模式有助于解决小批量多
品种的生产难题,可提高企业竞争力,解决企业成本高、利润低、制造周期长
等问题的有效途径

ABSTRACT
Since 2004,the photovoltaic industry has entered into China, and the Chinese
PV industry has gradually developed from the traditional manual foundry model to
the national industry with full automation of its own brand. With the consumption of
fossil energy and the consequent increase in environmental pollution, photovoltaic
industry continues to develop in the fast lane. China&39;s photovoltaic industry ushered
in unprecedented opportunities. However,the domestic photovoltaic manufacturing
enterprises in the expansion of the scale, but also exposed the high input,low output
and high energy consumption and other contradictions. Along with the development
of the society, the labor cost is rising gradually, the advantage of the labor cost
advantage of China&39;s photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises is gradually
disappearing.
In recent years, due to the decline in economic growth in Europe and the United
States and other countries, the rise of trade protectionism in Western countries. For
the domestic photovoltaic industry has brought unprecedented pressure. To enhance
the competitive strength, development model update has become a priority in front of
the enterprise.
This dissertation takes Jiangxi XX company as an example, introduces the
application of small batch production mode. By using the method of literature review,
this paper introduces the lean production theory and practice mode; the observation
method and comparative study method a detailed comparative study, taking Jiangxi
XX for example, is mainly focused on mass production and semi-automatic
production line. First, a detailed analysis of the manufacturing enterprises are facing
the external environment, indicated the necessity and urgency of flexible production
considering below four factors-- government, customers, suppliers and competitors;
secondly, the theoretical basis and the current development situation of lean
production is introduced from the two aspects of industrial engineering and then
focuses on the analysis of the TOYOTA model; the risk status of Jiangxi XX
enterprises and faces, summed up the problems of Jiangxi J company; by comparingAbstract

the detailed data analysis of the differences between the large-scale production line
and small batch production line in the unit cost of production, productivity and
manufacturing cycle etc. It is concluded that it is feasible to carry out the production
of small batch and multi varieties in the enterprises and the improvement of the
competitiveness of enterprises. In the end, the paper summarizes the experience of
internal process improvement and popularization of small batch and multi variety
production in order to promote small batch production.
