本文首先在绪论部分介绍了研究背景和意义、研究目的和内容、研究方法和创新点,
其次,本文对战略管理理论和出国留学中介机构进行了相关研究综述,理清研究思路,
奠定理论基础;接着,本文从宏观环境和行业环境出发,研究了公司的外部环境,对公
司发展历程和现状、主要业务及人力资源、财务和运营的分析来详细解剖公司的内部环
境,随后,本文根据内外部环境进行 SWOT 分析,进而得出公司的战略目标和总体战
略,并以此为指导,详细阐述了公司的业务战略和职能战略。最后,为保障公司各项战
略顺利实施,本文从企业文化、人力资源、能力建设和品牌建设等多方面提出保障战略
实施的措施。本文对主要的研究结论和存在的不足以及未来研究方向进行了总结和分
析

ABSTRACT
With China's economic and social development,people's emphasis on education is
increasing,and they put more investment on education , studying abroad, and accepting
foreign advanced education also gradually be the family and personal choice. Continued
strong demand of studying abroad promotes the development of the study abroad
intermediary institutions. Henan teaching international company is an overseas service
center in zhengzhou, and the study abroad intermediary and training institutions in Luoyang
for education training base, its main business is to help high school students to go abroad
at the public expenses , such as Russia and Hungary, and go abroad at their own expenses into
other projects. After recent years of development, Henan teaching suit international company
has obtained certain achievement and certain popularity. But on the other hand, it also faces
fierce competition in the market and meets the bottleneck of further development. Taking
henan teaching suit international companies as the research object, this study uses the
strategic management theory to study the development strategy and provides guidance for its
sustainable development.
In this paper, first of all, we introduce the research background and significance of this
article, and Research purpose and content, research methods and innovations in the
introduction part. Secondly, this paper has carried on the related research review on the theory
of strategic management and study abroad intermediary institutions, to clear research train of
thought and to lay the theoretical foundation. Thirdly, based on the macro environment and
industry environment, this paper studies the company's external environment, and analyses
the company's internal environment through the company's resources and ability. Then,
based on the internal and external environment of SWOT analysis, this study draws the
company's strategic objectives and overall strategy as a guide, expounds on the company's
business strategy and function strategy. Finally, to ensure the smooth implementation of
strategy of the company, from the enterprise culture, human resources, capacity building and
brand construction, this article takes strategy implementation safeguard measures in many
aspects. In this paper, we summarize and analyze the main research conclusion and there is
not enough to the future research directions.
