摘 要
天然橡胶与煤炭、钢铁、石油并列为四大工业原料，在军事、航空航天、汽
车制造、医疗、装备制造等重要领域中广泛应用，成为国家重要的战略物资，具
有不可替代的地位和作用。而云南的农垦是我国天然橡胶事业发展的重要基地，
在管理经营方面随着时代的进步不断完善改革。最值得欣喜的是云南省的天然橡
胶产业在改革发展的过程中已经实现了集团化、股份化、产业化的转换。然而，
云南农垦天然橡胶产业的优势和特点仍然得不到充分的发展，在对外的国际市场
上竞争力弱，由于云南农垦天然橡胶产业的经营管理体制与我国社会主义市场经
济的发展道路仍存在很多需要磨合的地方，经营管理方面、产业知识产权、未来
发展的战略、人力资源、薪酬分配机制、自主创新能力等方面还存在许多问题待
解决。西双版纳天然橡胶种植经营的具体运行情况来看，经营种植方面确实取得
了一定的成效，但是西双版纳天然橡胶种植仍处于探索和完善阶段，国内对天然
橡胶种植经营模式仍然缺乏比较系统和全面的研究与实践，特别是在种植经营模
式上存在许多矛盾和困难。所以我们需要对种植经营模式管理进行进一步的研
究，以希望种植经营模式能更好的为西双版纳天然橡胶种植园服务
本文研究共分为 6 个部分。第一部分为绪论。介绍了国内外关于农业种植经
营模式当前研究已经取得的优秀成果，因此提出了文章主要的研究内容以及方
法。第二部分论述了相关的农业种植理论，主要是分析了经营模式和农业经营模
式的分类。第三部分介绍了云南省西双版纳天然橡胶的发展回顾及其现状，第四
部分，分析出西双版纳天然橡胶当前的存在的问题，这有利于为西双版纳天然橡
胶的种植经营模式创新发展提供保障。第五部分为西双版纳天然橡胶的种植经营
模式创新发展模式。从强化职工家庭经营主体地位，推进产权制度改革、推进西
双版纳天然橡胶种植混合所有制经营，完善农业社会保障制度，进一步完善风险
防范和控制等方面提出西双版纳天然橡胶的种植园经营模式。第六部分为研究结
论与展望。希望通过对西双版纳天然橡胶种植园经营模式的分析研究，能对该天
然橡胶种植的下一步发展提供指导作用。成都理工大学硕士学位论文

Abstract
coal, steel, natural rubber and oil and classified as four big industrial raw materials,
in the military, aerospace, automotive, medical, equipment manufacturing is widely
used in important areas such as, become a national important strategic materials, has
an irreplaceable position and role. Of the heavy burden of the Chinese natural rubber
industry development in Yunnan province agricultural reclamation, its management
system closely held several reform era background. Part a is Yunnan natural rubber on
the collectivization, demutualization , industrialization development path. However,
due to a variety of reasons, Yunnan agricultural reclamation management mechanism
of natural rubber can't completely adapt to the requirement of the development of the
socialist market economy, the management system, property right system, the
industrial development strategy, personnel mechanism, industrial policy, salary
distribution, scientific and technological innovation and so on many aspects is not
perfect enough, make agricultural reclamation of Yunnan natural rubber industry as
not give full play to the advantages and characteristics, the lack of natural rubber
products in the international market competitiveness. Xishuangbanna rubber
plantation management of planting concrete operation, business cultivation indeed has
obtained certain result, but natural rubber plantation in Xishuangbanna is still in the
exploring and perfecting stage, domestic natural rubber plantation cultivation
management pattern is still lack of a systematic and comprehensive research and
practice, especially on cultivation management pattern exists many contradictions and
difficulties. So we need to further research for growing business model management,
hope to grow business model can better service to the natural rubber plantation in
Xishuangbanna.
In this paper, we study must be divided into six parts. The first part is the
introduction. This paper introduces the research status at home and abroad about the
agricultural management pattern, thus the research method and research content are
put forward. The second part is the theoretical review, the article mainly introduces
the management mode and the classification of the agricultural management mode.
The third part introduces the development of the Yunnan Xishuangbanna natural
rubber review and the status quo, the fourth part, analysis of the Xishuangbanna
natural rubber's current problems, this will help to Xishuangbanna natural rubber
cultivation of business model innovation and development to provide protection. The
fifth part of Xishuangbanna natural rubber planting business model innovation and
development mode. From strengthen worker family management main body status,
promote the reform of property right system, to promote natural rubber plantation in
Xishuangbanna mixed sector of the management, improve rural social security system,
further improve the risk prevention and control of Xishuangbanna natural rubber
cultivation management pattern is put forward. The sixth is divided into research
conclusion and prospect. Hope that through the cultivation of Xishuangbanna natural
rubber business model analysis and research, to the next development of the natural
rubber planting can provide guidance.
