本文基于Y公司磷肥事业部生产经营的客观情况,通过对Y公司磷肥事业部
发展历程和企业战略管理经典理论的回顾,确定了研究的方向、基本方法和研究
路径。本文从内外两方面对Y公司磷肥板块(事业部)经营战略进行了系统的分
析,按照战略管理的基本理论,运用PEST分析方法,分析了 Y公司所处宏观环境
的基本情况,运用SWOT分析法从机会、威胁、优势和劣势四个维度分析了 Y公司
磷肥事业部的经营环境及战略选择,通过详尽分析Y公司磷肥事业部的现状及其
发展趋势,并结合具体情况,提出了Y公司磷肥事业部在新形势下的经营战略目
标,战略重点,实施措施。
本文在宏观、行业、企业三个不同层面分析的基础上,提出了 Y公司磷肥事
业部的经营战略。Y公司磷肥事业部的经营战略必须在公司战略定位的基础上,坚
持做精做强,打造一流品牌的原则,实施事业部的经营战略。在战略实施过程中,
根据内外部环境的变化,扬长避短,充分发挥自身优势并抓住外部机会,制定一
套可供参考的、具有可操作性的策略方案。并从生产要素、人力资源、财务等方
面提出了保障措施及实施建议。
企业最终的目标还是盈利。在产品生产和幵发中,要从战略角度出发先确定
主营产品和主营业务的基础上再针对性的配置产品和开发新的产品,不能追求短
期的效益而影响主营业务。笔者希望过对该公司的研宄分析,能够帮助Y公司走
出现在的困境,为公司下一步的生产经营提供战略指导意见,并对国内生产磷肥
的企业在激烈的市场竞争中,如何发挥优势,克服不足,突破创新、持续发展,
提供借鉴和帮助。

ABSTRACT
Based on the present production and business realities of Y company's Phosphate
fertilizer Branch,this paper sets the research direction, method and ways through a
review of the branch's developing process and the classic theory of company
management strategy.lt carries out a scientific analysis of the business strategy from
internal and external aspects.First,it starts with the analysis of the macro-environment
with the basic theories of strategic management and PEST method. Then, with SWOT,it
studies the branch's business conditions and it's choice of strategy from these four
dimensions of opportunity.threat,advantage and disadvantage comprehensively. Through
detailed analysis of the current situation and it's developing trend, combining with
specific situations, this paper puts forward the strategic business goals, the focus and the
implementation method for the branch under new circumstances.
From analysis at macro, industry and business level,this paper brings forward the
business strategy of Y Company Phosphate Fertilizer Branch.It must comply with the
strategic positioning of the company, and be put into effect with the principle of 'be
perfect and the best', and ' build the first-class brand'.In the process of strategy
implementation, we should make full use of our advantages ,avoid any shortcomings,
and seize external opportunities according to the changes of the internal and external
environment, so that we can formulate a set of instructive and operable strategy.lt also
gives out the implementation suggestions and ensuring measures from production,
human resource and financial factors.
We should bear in mind that the ultimate goal of the company is to make a
profit.So in the process of products producing and developing we should make a
decision on what is the main product and which is the main running business from a
strategic perspective,and optimize and develop new products accordingly.Pursuit of any
short-term benefits which will affect the main running business should be avoided.I
hope that this research can not only help Y company to overcome present
difficulties,provide any strategic reference for it in the future, but also it can be useful
for other phosphate fertilizer enterprises on how to make full use of their own
advantages overcome their shortcomings, be innovative,make a breakthrough and
develop sustainably in the fierce competing market.
