随着经济的日益开放,企业的经营面临着越来越多的发展风险,而我省的很

多企业在风险管理方面的能力不足,没有建立起相应的风险识别、风险分析、风

险评估和风险应对的机制,在当今市场环境下这就给企业带来不小的发展隐患。

本文以云南本土上市制药企业——云南白药集团为例,在介绍了白药集团的基本

情况和风险管理历程,从全面风险管理的视角分别对集团在战略、经营、财务、

产品方面的风险进行了评估,在评估结果的基础上提出了对应的优化策略。本文

选取的企业具有一定的代表性,希望今后能够为类似企业提供全面风险管理工作

的理论模板。

Research on comprehensive risk management of

Yunnan Baiyao's Group

ABSTRACT

With the increasing openness of economy, enterprises face more and more risk in

management and development. Many enterprises located in Yunnan province just do not

have strong ability to manage such risk,even not to establish corresponding risk

identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk response program, which brings up

with a big development risk in today's market environment. By taking Yunnan local

listed pharmaceutical companies _ Yunnan Baiyao Group as example, this paper

introduces basic condition and risk management process of the company,and assesses

the risk in different aspects of strategy, management, finance, production,hence the

corresponding optimization strategy is proposed on the basis of assessment results. In

this paper,the selected enterprise has certain representativeness, which hopefully gives

the theoretical template of comprehensive risk management to the similar enterprises.
