本文以企业战略管理的理论结合宏程公司的经营实践,基于企业发展的现实
需要,从宏程公司内外部经营环境入手,运用PEST理论、波特五力模型以及SWOT
分析方法,通过对宏观经济形势、路桥建设行业的发展前景、公司的经营管理模
式、人力资源、财务状况、生产经营能力等条件的分析,对宏程公司发展战略的
选择和战略目标的实施进行研究。全文共分为六个部分进行写作,对宏程公司发
展战略制定流程所涉及的各个环节进行了系统的梳理和论述。文章最后围绕宏程
公司的战略目标,从企业文化、组织结构、资本运作、薪酬绩效体系等方面对发
展战略提出了具体的实施建议和保障措施。宏程公司要实现建设百年名企的目标,
制定出一套切实可行的经营战略符合市场竞争和公司发展壮大的需要。

Abstract
In this article, the theory of strategic management of enterprises is in combination
with the management practice of Hongcheng company. This research is based on the
needs of company's development. The author starts from the management environment
inside and outside of Hongcheng company, using the tiieory of PEST, Potters five
forces model and SWOT analysis method, analysing by means of the macro economic
situation, prospects for development of road&bridge industry, the company's
management mode, human resources,financial status, production management ability
etc, to study the selection and implementation of the development strategy of
Hongcheng company. The full text is divided into six parts to carry on the writing. All
of tiie process sectors involved for drawing up the development strategy of Hongcheng
company are analysed and expounded systematicly. Finally, around the strategy
objective of Hongcheng company, the author advances the implementation of the
recommendations and specific measures on the development strategy, from the respects
such as the enterprise culture, organization structure, capital operation, performance pay
system etc. To draw up a case of realistic development strategy adapts to the need of
market competition and Hongcheng's development, if they want their company to be a
famous enterprise 油ich is lasting a hundred years.
