库存管理是汽车制造企业运营管理中的重要环节，企业为获得持久的竞争优
势，如何优化库存管理，使库存保持在安全库存范围内成为企业发展中越来越重
要的问题。在现代的制造企业中，库存的作用是合理调节生态与需求之间可能存
在的不平衡关系，安全库存量的确定在这个过程中起到非常关键的作用。制造企
业对成品安全库存实施有效控制不仅能帮助企业避免大量突发性订货、交货期延
长、需求预测不准确等问题，而且还能提升消费者或合作商对于企业产品的满意
度，缩短消费者的响应时间，提升企业信誉。
本文针对汽车制造企业 A 制造企业当前库存管理水平低下以及成品安全库
存控制中存在的问题，在库存管理以及控制的理论基础上，提出了适合 A 制造企
业的优化安全库存控制的实施对策。首先，本文介绍了汽车行业的发展背景、研
究目的及意义，确定了研究内容。其次，对国内外关于安全库存控制的研究现状
进行了描述，并对库存管理的相关基础理论进行了回顾。在此基础上，对 A 制造
企业的经营管理以及安全库存控制现状进行了阐述，分析了其现有的问题以及导
致问题产生的原因。并针对 A 制造企业的这些问题，通过建立模型优化需求预测
方法，设计了安全库存量确定的优化方案。最后，由于安全库存控制是一个完整
的体系，所以本文从组织、资源、流程、绩效评价、激励等方方面面，提出了一
套体系化的安全库存控制优化实施对策。

In the context of the economic globalization, with the rapid development of
science and technology, the automobile industry of China is booming. But because of
the development of automobile industry and technology, the market environment is
more and more dynamic that China’s automobile manufacturing enterprises are facing.
Although the demand for automobile is increasing, the competition is now tougher in
automobile industry, and the demand of automobile market also changes constantly. It
brings more opportunities and serious challenge to automobile manufacturing
enterprises.
Inventory management is the important issue in the daily operation management
for automobile manufacturing enterprises. In order to obtain sustainable competitive
advantages, it is more and more important to make inventory management effective.
Modern manufacturing enterprises, the role of inventory is reasonable to control the
manufacturing and the balance between demand. The safety stock in this process play
a very critical role, which not only helps companies prevent uncertainty of orders,
delivery time becomes longer, the demand is estimated not accurate, and the company
is also able to develop its inventory levels. Meanwhile the company products to
increase safety stock level of satisfaction, improve marginal revenue from the
customer side, reducing customer response period, enhance the company's reputation
and so many role.
In the view of the low level of inventory management and the problems in safety
inventory control of A-company. And based on the well-established theory of
inventory management, the thesis proposes the right inventory optimization solutions
for A-company. Above all, the thesis introduces the background of automobile
industry, and the purpose and significance of the study, and the content of study. In
