摘要
互联网技术的发展使多个行业发生重大变革,智能终端领域出现了以互联网企业
试图取代传统制造企业占据创新主导者地位的现象。

本文选取智能终端领域两个代表性企业:小米公司和乐视网公司为研究对象开展
探索性多案例研究,深入探讨这种以互联网服务商为核心的新型产业创新模式的产生
背景、典型特征以及形成过程、机理。

本文的主要内容和结构安排如下:第一章绪论,简要介绍了本文的研究目的、意
义和研究方法;第二章,对已有研究成果进行了简要综述,为本研究奠定一定的理论
基础;第三章,利用探索性多案例研究对乐视网和小米公司创新的特点和创新模式进
行了系统概括,以此总结出创新发展所必须具备的能力;第四章对以互联网服务商为
主导者的创新模式创新特点和创新机理进行了系统描述,并对企业和政府提出了一些
政策建议。

在理论上本研究提出 “互联网服务商主导创新”的理论模型,并指出模型适用
的条件、形成机理及其带来的影响,该成果具有开拓性,填补了创新网络形成发展和
创新政策相关研究的空白,具有重要的理论价值。

本研究所提出在智能终端领域所出现的新型产业创新模式具有一般性的特征,随
着互联网技术的发展,这种产业创新模式有着更大的应用空间,对本研究的进一步拓
展能够为更多产业的发展提供现实指导意见,因此具有一定的现实应用指导价值。

本研究通过案例研究发现智能终端领域所出现的这种产业创新模式启动于行业
内破坏性创新的机会窗口。互联网企业借助网络识别能力迅速抓住时机,并依靠网络
构建和整合能力在传统产业价值链的解构之时搭建平台,促使各主体展开合作。拥有
网络效应是该模式的一个典型特征,网络效应使智能终端市场存在着“一边倒”的特
征,越快突破临界容量越容易取得最后的成功。基于网络效应的存在,是否拥有网络
管理能力直接决定了企业是否占据核心地位并持续主导创新发展。

Abstract
With the development of internet technology, many industries have been involved in
significant changes. In the field of intelligent terminal, internet companies are trying to
replace the traditional manufacturing enterprises to act as the innovation leader .
This research selects two representative companies in the field of intelligent terminals:
xiao mi company and Letv company to discuss the background, typical characteristics and
formation process of the innovation model, in which internet service providers occupy the
core of the innovation value chain.
The main contents and structure of the paper is organized as follows: The first chapter
briefly introduces the research purpose, meaning and research methods; in the second
chapter, the existing research results are briefly summarized, laid a theoretical foundation
for this study; the third chapter, we summarized the innovation ability that one must have to
get innovation development by using exploratory multiple case study of xiao mi and Letv
company; in the fourth chapter, we explore the features and mechanism of the innovative
model which regard Internet service provider as the core of the innovation network, and
provide policy advice to enterprises and governments.
In theory, this study presents the Internet service provider-led innovation, and
pointed out the model applicable conditions, the formation mechanism and its impact. The
pioneering achievements fill the gaps of research regarding Innovation Network
development and innovation policy, thus has important theoretical value.
In practice, the new industrial innovation model which emerged in the field of
intelligent terminal has general feature. With the development of Internet technology, this
industrial innovation model has a greater use of space, further expansion of this study can
provide more guidance for the development of reality, which has guidance value on
practical application.
Through case studies we found that the new innovation model is activated by disruptive
innovation emerged in the intelligent terminal industry. With the network recognition
capacity, internet companies seize the opportunity quickly, and rely on network
construction and integration capabilities, they build a platform prompting each body to
cooperate at the time of the deconstruction of the traditional value chain. This model has a
