摘要
射频器件作为移动通信设备的一个细分子行业,在过往三十年中,伴随着移动通信
事业得到了迅猛发展。JX 公司成立于 1997 年,是一家集研发、生产、销售及服务于一
体的移动通信设备专业厂商。JX 公司于 2004 年开始进入射频器件领域,经过初期的快
速发展,射频器件的产值于 2008 年达到 3 亿的规模,但最近几年遭遇到发展的瓶颈,
营业额停滞不前,产品的毛利率也不断下滑,在公司内部的营业额占比不断缩小。射频
产品线在 JX 公司内部面临被“优化”的风险,如何提高经营业绩成为射频产品线的当
务之急。

本文首先详细调研了 JX 公司及射频产品线的整个发展历程和经营现状,并分析了
射频产品线的外部环境。同时从自身所面临的困境出发,采用波特五力模型对射频器件
这个行业的特点进行深入剖析,采用 SWOT 分析法总结了 JX 公司射频器件的优劣势。

在对各个利益相关人的调研的基础上,采用鱼骨图分析法,把目前射频产品线停滞不前
的原因进行总体定性分析,尽可能找出所有可能的因素。再经过刷选,从市场管理、技
术管理、生产管理、人力资本这四个方面详细剖析目前射频产品线内部管理上的问题,
是否有扬长避短,充分发挥自己的优势?内部的资源是否分配合理且运行有效率?最后
经过对问题根源的分析,提出了相应的建议:对 JX 公司射频产品进行准确的市场定位;
调整新产品的开发策略以及产品管理策略;并要采取方法提升生产效率;实施人才战略。

以期待提高 JX 公司射频器件的核心竞争力,突破瓶颈,扩大销售额。

通过对 JX 公司射频产品经营所存在的问题进行研究,对于其他通信设备厂商如何
选择细分市场,制定产品策略,在技术同质化,市场竞争日趋激烈的环境中如何提高其
竞争力具有一定的借鉴意义。同时为 JX 公司射频产品线的发展出谋划策,为 JX 公司的
稳定可持续发展贡献一份力量。

RF device as a mobile communication device sub-sectors , over the past three decades,
along with the mobile telecommunications industry has been developing rapidly . JX
company was founded in 1997 , is a supplier of infrastructure and wireless enhancement
solutions to mobile operators and enterprises to enhance and extend their wireless
communications networks. JX company began to enter the field of RF devices in 2004 , after
the initial rapid development ,RF devices sales reached 300 million in 2008 , but in recent
years the development bottleneck encountered , product gross margin are falling, within the
RF device sales in the entire firm’s turnover ratio is shrinking . RF product line is facing the
risk of optimization in JX Corporation, how to improve the operating performance of RF
product line to become a priority .
Firstly, a detailed survey of the development process and the operating status of the
entire company and RF product line. And analyzes the external environment of the RF
product line. From the point of view of their dilemmas , using Porter's five forces model RF
devices in this industry is characterized by an in-depth analysis, using SWOT analysis
summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of JX company’s RF devices .Based on the
research of all the interests of man, the use of fish bone diagram analysis, qualitative analysis
of the overall RF product line currently stalled reasons , as far as possible to identify all
possible factors . After selection, a detailed analysis of the problem of internal management
RF product line currently on the market from management, technology management,
production management, human resources these four aspects , whether there are weaknesses,
and give full play to their strengthsWhether the internal allocation of resources to run
an efficient Finally, after analyzing the root causes of the problem , put forward
corresponding recommendations : accurate market positioning for RF products of JX
company; adjust strategy product management, and development strategy of new products ;
and to adopt methods to improve production efficiency ; implementation of human resources.
To look forward to enhance the core competitiveness of the company RF devices of JX
company , and expand sales.
Through the research on the problems of RF products business, and for other
communications equipment vendors how to select market segments, make product strategy, in
the homogenization technology , the increasingly competitive market environment, how to
improve their competitiveness with a certain reference. Meanwhile give advice and
