化的管理概念,需要通过系统软件的平台对产品研发数据以及流程进行。通过软件的可

视化界面,完整的透视出整个产品从概念设计到退出市场的全过程。当然目前该系统主

要普遍运用于制造业,也慢慢开始向其他行业渗透,像电子行业,零售业等等。PLM项

目的实施难度以及复杂程度不亚于ERP实施,因此需要实施方以及客户方一起共同完

成,在项目中分工合作,互相发挥自身的优势,才能保证项目实施成功。

本文旨在通过研究L公司产品研发管理现状及问题,探讨适合该公司的产品生命周

期管理方案,并进一步探讨相适应的PLM系统选型以及实施过程。L公司的PLM的选

型主要考虑两个方面实施过程,并给出了关于系统评估、供应商评估、商业评估等方面

的建议,通过分析L公司的系统选型过程,项目管理过程,提出相应的建议。对于研发

型企业来说,如何借助IT的手段去提高管理产品生命周期的功效,如何提升企业的核

心竞争力,同时探讨企业应该如何去选择一个适合自己的管理平台,如何进行IT系统

实施的项目管理。企业方如何控制项目节点和供应商管理,如何在完成项目的同时有效

的完成知识转移以及技术过度等等。

Abstract

PLM means Product Lifecycle Management, it is a new fresh and advantage theory in

industrial field. Now we implementation PLM via IT solution to show all product lifecycle

from concept design to EOL. All business process is running in system platform. We use

web-based system to manage all phrase in production design,manufacture, logistics and

project management. So PLM is a complex system to our enterprise.

PLM implementation is a very big project for oxir company, there are many difficult and

troubles in the path. So the most important thing is our company get a reliable, capacity,

open-mind Business partner. The first thing is to choose a high technical, openness system

with available methodology. Using the precise process to select vendor or partner as your

project team. PLM project is different with other IT project,enterprise staff should always

involve in this project as key project members, combine with business partner to become a

team for this project. Not only they should consider cost but also project timeline. We will

make analysis and introduction regarding to how to make vendor selection and project

management in PLM field.
