摘 要
本文以出行易交通信息服务平台项目作为研究对象,从项目基本情况、环境
分析、营销推广策略、财务分析、风险管理等方面,进行详细的分析与计划,希
望通过本计划书明确产品的发展方向,为企业建立良好的市场营销与售后服务支
撑体系,使项目在国内市场的营销与运营工作得以顺利展开,达到投资本项目的
预期目标。

本项目的推出,正值我国城镇化加速发展的时机,城市人口与汽车数量迅猛
增长,交通拥堵现象日愈严重,各地政府都非常重视在智能交通方面的投资。目
前智能交通常用的信息采集手段有视频监控、感应线圈、GPS 浮动车等,存在安
装和维护成本高、覆盖范围小等诸多局限性。出行易交通信息服务平台采用创新
的技术,利用移动通信网络信令分析实时路况信息,有效解决安装、维护、覆盖
的问题,有着较好的市场前景。项目的主要目标市场为北京、上海、广州及智能
交通试点城市,以周边辐射城市及其它一二线城市为补充市场,主要目标客户为
政府交通管理部门。

本项目的初始投资为 315 万,主要为研发费用及销费费用,采用创业团队自
筹方式解决。预计公司第二年可以获得收支平衡,项目的动态回收期为 2.58 年,
净现值为 1302.9 万元,内部收益率为 49.4%,可见项目的经济收益十分显著。

通过对项目的风险进行分析,投资风险较小。

本文认为出行易交通信息服务平台采用创新的技术手段,具备可靠的盈利模
式,投资收益率高,项目具备较高的可行性。

This article is mainly focus on the research about the EasyGo Traffic Information
Service Platform project, analyzing the project from various aspects, basic situation
analysis, environmental analysis, marketing strategy analysis, financial analysis, risk
management analysis, etc. We hope this article can be a good reference to make a
clear direction for the product development, also be helpful for the enterprise to build
up good market relationship with the clients and establish an efficient after-sales
service support system. By this means to ensure the project operate smoothly in the
domestic market, so to reach the predicted investment goals.
This project is launched, under the timing of the accelerated development of
urbanization in China. The rapid increase of the urban population and vehicles is
making the traffic situation more and more serious, local governments place great
importance in the field of intelligent traffic investment. Currently there are several
common methods in used to collect the intelligent traffic data such as camera,
inductive coil, GPS floating vehicle etc. However those methods have various kinds
of limitations such as the high installation and maintenance cost, small coverage etc.
But the EasyGo Traffic Information Platform which can collect real time traffic
information via mobile network can effectively solve those problems, has a good
market prospect. The project’s main target areas are Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou
and other intelligent transportation experimental cities, and the other a second-tier
cities surrounding the central cities mentioned above, are considered to be the
supplemental marketing area. Main target clients are government departs which are in
charge of the traffic administrative management.
The project’s initial investment is RMB3.15 million, mainly for the research and
development expenses. The fund should be self-raised, prepared by the
entrepreneurial team. It is predicted normally in the second year the company can
reach the financial balance. The project’s expected dynamic payback period is 2.58
years, the NPV is RMB13 million, internal profit ratio is 49.4%, the economic
