本论文首先针对质量相关文献进行研究,对质量的定义及质量的发展阶段、
ISO9000、过程管理进行了学习和回顾,这些都为正式实施作好了铺垫
论文对目前的质量管理现状进行了分析,得出现在主要的问题是由于质量职
责分工较为机械,没有系统的工作方法及 ISO9000 体系不能真正为业务服务。
最后,根据研究文献的收获及问题的原因,主要从质量团队重建、体系实施、
过程管理系统工具、产品质量管理系统工作方面进行了突破。
建立质量虚拟团队,将原有质量职责从原有一个部门负责变成一个跨越几个
部门的虚拟团队负责,从而使职责更加纵深化,从而提高了质量工作的效率和效
果。
对 ISO9000 体系的实施进行优化,包括体系架构的重建、建立职责和条款的
对应表、内审模式变化、多体系联合管理等,建立起了体系与业务的紧密关联。
通过建立起过程质量保证系统,使过程中的因子得到有效识别和管理,从而
保证了过程的稳定性;通过对过程可能出现的异常进行提前识别和建立标准处理
程序,使过程的异常处理更加快速有效。
通过建立产品质量保证系统,建立起了主动质量保证机制,从而使质量资源
更加集中在优先级高的问题上,建立 EMI,使制造可以在早期介入产品的研发,
可以在一定程度上减少了产品设计问题,减少制造端由于设计造成的产品压力。

理Abstract
Lenovo Huiyang Manufacture Center, is an important production base of Lenovo
in the south China, it has 15 years of operating history. As a relatively mature
manufacturing base, the quality level is relatively stable, and has reached the top level
of the industry. Nevertheless, due to the properties of the quality work, while, the
existing quality assurance system has been used for many years, it shows the low
efficiency, poor effect, the quality person also feel no sense of value, so we decide
define the optimizing quality assurance system of Lenovo Huiyang Manufacture
Center as scope of this thesis.
At the beginning, I conduct research the quality related literature, including the
definition of quality and quality development stage, ISO9000, process management,
which will be the foundation for the formal implementation
I also review the current quality management status and find the main cause of it,
the unsuitable responsibility, no systematic methodology and tools, and the ISO9000
is separated from the business.
Finally, according to the reasons, I reconstructed the quality team, and setup the
quality virtual team, harvest and problems, mainly from the quality of the
reconstruction team, implementing systems, process management system tools ,
product quality management systems work carried out breakthrough.
Build quality of virtual team, the quality of the original duties from the original
one department into a virtual team across several departments, it will help to improve
the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality work.
The implementation of ISO9000 system optimization, including the
reconstruction architecture, establish responsibilities and system terms, update the
internal audit mode, joint multi- system management, and this has the system more
close to the business.
By building process quality assurance system so that the process of identifying
and managing an effective factors, for ensuring the stability of the process; process by
the abnormality may occur early identification and the establishment of the standard
process, so that the process is more effective.
Through establishing product quality assurance system, we setup the initiative
quality assurance mechanism; it can put the resource on high priority work. We also
introduced the EMI, so manufacturers can involve in early stage product development,
