车联网项目已被列为国家重大专项中的重要项目,将集中在汽车电子、信

息通信及软件解决方案领域。汽车移动互联设备是车联网的重要组成部分,未

来将面向节能、安全、娱乐等三大市场方向。本文的研究以实际企业作为案例

进行研究,全面系统地分析车联网及车载移动互联设备企业的发展战略问题,

有助于提高该类公司的运营效率和可持续发展前景,对从事车联网的新兴企业

的发展提供借鉴意义。

本文运用管理学的分析工具,对B公司的外部环境和内部环境进行分析,提

出该公司的近期、远期战略目标,并制定出具体的发展战略和发展战略实施步

骤,试图为该公司提供一个清晰的发展框架。为了实现这些研究,主要从以下

几个方面展开工作:

第一,研究思路确定。本文遵循“提出问题分析问题解决问题”的思维

逻辑,制定了 “研究意义》理论综述》现状诊断问题分析—解决方案”的研究

思路。

第二,发展战略理论、车联网及车载移动互联设备企业相关理论综合分析。

第三,B汽车网络科技公司的现状及其所在行业外部环境分析。主要从外部

的政治环境(产业政策方面)、经济环境、社会文化环境和技术环境进行分析。

第四,B公司该企业的内部环境分析。主要运用SWOT分析模型,针对企业

的优势、劣势、面临的机会和威胁进行详细分析。

第五,B公司发展战略制定。首先依据SWOT矩阵导出企业发展战略方向,

从而制定该企业发展战略;然后确定企业的战略发展目标;最后进行企业的具

体战略选择。

第六,B公司发展战略实施。在具体发展战略实施方面,对企业股权改革、

人力资源、技术研发、财务成本和销售网络等进行具体分析。

Abstract

Abstract

Car networking project has been listed as key projects of national major projects,

will focus on automotive electronics, information and communication and software

solutions. Automobile Internet device is an important part of vehicle network. In the

future, it will face the energy saving, safety and entertainment etc.. This dissertation

based on the actual enterprise as a case study. It analyzes the development strategy of

car networking Enterprises. The results are helpful to improve the operation

efficiency and sustainable development prospects of this kind of company, and

provide reference for the development of car networking Enterprises.

In this dissertation, using the analysis tools of management, analyzes the external

environment and internal environment of B Company. This dissertation puts forward

the company's short-term, long-term strategic objectives, and to develop specific

development strategies and implementation steps.

In order to achieve these studies, the dissertation mainly carries out the following

work:

Firstly, determine the research ideas. Following the ”logical thinking questions,

analysis problem, solve the problem.

Secondly, it analyses the relevant theoretical of development strategy and Car

networking.

Thirdly, this dissertation carries out PEST analysis for B Company. It mainly

from the external political environment (industry policy), analysis of economic

environment, social cultural environment and technical environment

Fourthly, this dissertation carries on SWOT analysis for B Company.

Furthermore, it Analyses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of

B Company.

Fifthly, the dissertation made the development strategy of B Company.

Sixthly, this dissertation designs the implementation mode of the development

strategy of B Company. It makes a concrete analysis of enterprise ownership reform.
