本文以生态农业理论为核心，在对国内外生态农业的理论综述研究的基础
上，对生态农业进行分类研究，并对传统农业与生态农业进行比较分析。以沈阳
沈北新区为例，对沈阳沈北新区生态农业的发展现状进行全面阐述，并按本地区
生态农业发展的实际特点，具体分类分析了种植业、畜禽养殖业、农副产品深加
工产业和休闲观光产业四大产业的发展现状；再对沈阳沈北新区生态农业的发展
用 SWOT 分析法和波士顿矩阵理论进行战略分析；最后设计出沈阳沈北新区生
态型农业四大产业的发展战略。因此研究该地区的生态农业发展模式，将对辽宁
省及全国其它类似省份地区的生态农业发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
With the increasing contradiction of population growth, resource shortage,
environment pollution，agriculture will face severely threat and challenge in the
development process. In order to solve these contradictions better, the road of
sustainable development has become the necessary way for the harmonious
coexistence of agriculture development and ecological environment. The emergence
of the ecological agriculture not only conforms to the requirement for the sustainable
development of modern agriculture, but also can embody the concept of economic
and environmental combination and coordinate to solve the contradiction between the
traditional agriculture development and environmental deterioration, so as to realize
the goal of highly efficient resource and recycle. In one word, taking actions that suit
local circumstances to develop regional ecological agriculture and working out the
ecological agriculture strategy have become the urgent matter in the process of
regional agricultural development.
The essay is based on the theory of ecological agriculture as the core,
researched on the ecological agriculture theory both at home and abroad, classified
ecological agriculture research, analyzed and compared with the traditional
agriculture and ecological agriculture. Taking Shenyang North New Area as an
example, the essay comprehensively tells about the present situation of ecological
agriculture development and analyzes the current conditions about deep planting,
livestock and poultry breeding industry and the leisure tourism and so on four big
industries in accordance with the actual characteristics of ecological agriculture
development in Shenyang North New Area. And then I use the SWOT method and
BCG theories to analyze the development of ecological agriculture about Shenyang
North New Area. Finally, I have designed the development strategy for ecological
