内容简介
摘要
过去十几年的实践表明,农业产业化发展对促进农户与市场有效衔接、农业提质增
效和农民增收就业发挥了很大的作用。我国进入“十三五”时期后,农业发展明显面临
安全优质农产品的需求持续强化、一二三产业融合发展加快、农业新业态新模式加速拓
展和扶贫功能加强等四大趋势。针对这样的趋势,在农业领域摸爬滚打三年多的金地旺
公司迫切需要建立一套符合市场需求和国家政策的农业产业化发展战略,以实现自身发
展,并推动当地一二三产业融合发展,带动贫困户脱贫致富

本文以企业战略管理理论、公司农业产业化理论等为基础,采用文献法、案例法、
对比法、实地调查法等方法,科学合理地制定了金地旺公司农业产业化发展战略。首先
阐明了论文选题的市场背景和政策导向以及金地旺公司发展的概况,指出金地旺公司农
业产业化发展的多方面积极意义,然后明确了论文的主要研究内容和研宄方法、技术路
线等。在介绍了公司发展的基本情况之后,运用PEST分析方法,正确分析公司发展的
政治、社会、经济、技术等外部环境;运用五力分析模型,系统分析了主要由行业竞争
者、替代品、潜在竞争者、购买者和供应商等组成的行业环境;运用SWOT模型,分析
了内外部环境对公司产生的机会和威胁、公司自身的优势和劣势。基于以上的综合分析,
本文确定了公司战略的指导思想、定位和重点,明确了公司的经济和社会效益目标,并
以战略思想和目标为指引,运用SWOT分析成果,进行战略选择和制定,提出金地旺公
司农业产业化发展战略应该是:以有机无公害农产品生产为基础,以产品加工和产品销
售为重点的农业产业一体化发展战略,其中包括农业生产环节的上游一体化发展战略以
及农产品加工销售环节的下游一体化发展战略。同时,明确了战略奠基、稳步扩、全面
提升三大阶段,并指出各个阶段的战略重点工作。在以上总体战略的基础上,分别制定
市场营销战略、财务管理战略、人力资源管理战略、运营管理战略、风险控制战略等子
战略。在制定战略以后,战略的实施尤为重要,为此本文又制定了战略实施、控制和调
整的措施,以确保战略得到扎实有序推进。最后,为了确保战略得到有效执行,通过制
定产加销联合机制、完善经营管理机制、风险机制三大机制,从提高产品质量、完善经
营管理机制、利益分配机制、形成完善的公司与农户利益分配模式、建立维护多方利益
机制、加强农业生产风险管理等方面提出了具体的保障措施

industrialization of the jindiwang company OF
GUANGXI
ABSTRACT
The practice in the past ten years shows that the development of agricultural
industrialization has played an important role in the effective connection between farmers and
the market, the improvement of agricultural quality and efficiency, and the employment of
farmers. China&39;s entry into the 13th Five-Year period, the agricultural development was
facing the safety and quality of agricultural products demand continued to strengthen, the 123
industry, accelerate the development of the new mode of agricultural integration and
accelerate the development of new formats such as the four major trends of poverty
alleviation strengthening. According to this trend, fought in the field of agriculture for more
than three years the company Wang needs to establish a set of national policies to meet the
market demand of agricultural industrialization development strategy, in order to achieve their
own development, and promote the development of local integration of the 123 industry,
driven by poor households out of poverty.
In this paper, the theory of enterprise strategic management, agricultural industrialization
theory, using literature method, case study method, comparative method, field survey method,
scientific and reasonable development of the agricultural industrialization development
strategy, wang. To clarify the background and significance of the topic, the main research
contents and methods, routes, introduced the basic situation of the development of the
company, using the PEST analysis method, the correct analysis of the external development of
the company&39;s political, social, economic and technical environment; using SWOT analysis
model,systematic analysis of the industry competitors, substitutes and potential competitors,
buyers and suppliers to the industry environment; using SWOT model, analyzes the internal
and external environment of the company to produce opportunities and threats, the company&39;s
own strengths and weaknesses. Based on the above analysis, this paper established the
guiding ideology, orientation and focus of the company&39;s strategy, clear economic and social
benefits of targets, and strategic thinking and focus, using the SWOT analysis results, the
strategic selection and development, for industrial development strategy should be: the Wang
in organic pollution-free agricultural production base, agricultural industry integration
development strategy in the product processing and product sales as the focus of the
development strategy, including the integration of upstream and downstream integration and
development strategy of agricultural products processing and sales of agricultural production
processes, and defines the strategic foundation, steadily expanding, enhance the three stage,
and points out the strategic focus the various stages of the work. On the basis of the above
overall strategy, separately develop marketing strategy, financial management strategy, human
resource management strategy, operation management strategy, risk control strategy, sub
strategy. After the formulation of the strategy, the implementation of the strategy is
particularly important, therefore, this article has formulated the strategy implementation,
control and adjustment measures, in order to ensure the orderly progress of the strategy. At the
same time, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, through the
establishment of joint production mechanism, improve the management mechanism, risk
mechanism of the three mechanisms, from improving the quality of products, improve the
man^ement mechanism, interest distribution mechanism, fonned the perfect company put
forward specific measures to protect fanners&39; interests and distribution mode, establish and
maintain the interests mechanism to strengtiien the risk management of agricultural
production.
