摘要
企业战略是企业适应环境变化并实现长期发展的整体性谋略,战略管理研究是
企业管理领域的重要内容,是企业应对复杂环境的迫切需要,更是企业实现可持续
发展的重要保证

本文运用现代企业战略管理理论与分析工具,对乐亭 CQ 现代农业有限公司发
展战略进行分析和设计,力图帮助企业正确制定并有效实施企业的经营发展战略,
为企业应对复杂环境变化并实现长期、可持续发展提供了的重要理论支持,且具有
较强实践意义

首先,本文对选题的背景意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容和方法、战略相关
理论进行了阐述

其次,使用 PEST 模型从宏观和微观环境下对企业所处竞争格局进行分析,将企
业的成长和发展纳入了变化的环境之中,从而能更好地把握外部环境所提供的机会,
增强企业经营活动对外部环境的适应性

再次,通过波特五力竞争模型对企业竞争环境组成因素进行剖析,把握促进企业
可持续发展的着力点

最后,使用 SWOT 矩阵科学有效总结出企业发展的总体和细则战略部署,突出
了战略在管理实践中的指导作用,通过分析企业内部环境,进一步整合企业资源,
把握企业发展方向

在上述科学分析的基础上,对企业战略发展进行了有计划的科学安排,总结企
业可持续发展的核心竞争力,部署企业战略的实施。通过企业内部组织改造,调动
各级管理人员参与战略实施的积极性,同时对外进行有效的战略联盟,充分利用企
业的各种资源并提高协同效果;使企业管理者能不断地在新的起点上对外界环境和
企业战略进行连续性探索,推动企业进行创新管理

Abstract
Enterprise strategy is to adapt to the changing environment and achieve long-term
development overall strategy, strategic management research is the field of business
management important content, is the enterprise to deal with the complex environment
urgent need, is the enterprise an important guarantee for achieving sustainable
development.
This paper use modern enterprise strategic management theory and analysis tools,
Leting CQ on modern agriculture co., LTD strategy analysis and design, in order to help
enterprise make correct and effective implementation of management development
strategy of the enterprise, for enterprises to cope with the complex environment and the
realization of long-term, sustainable development the important theoretical support.
First of all, this paper describes the background significance of the topic, the research
status at home and abroad, the research content and methods, and the relevant theory of
strategy.
Secondly uses the PEST model from macroscopically and microcosmic environment
of the enterprise the competitive pattern analysis, to the growth and development of
enterprises into the changes of the environment, so as to better grasp the opportunities
provided by external environment, enhance enterprise management activities on the
adaptability of external environment.
Again, through the Potter five forces model of competition of enterprise competitive
environment factors analysis, a clear grasp of promoting enterprise sustainable
development point.
At last, using SWOT matrix science effective summed up enterprise development
overall strategy deploy and rules, emphasis on strategic management practice, through the
analysis of the internal environment of enterprises, further integration of enterprise
resources, to grasp the direction of enterprise development, is conducive to the raise the
development capacity of enterprises, enhance core competitiveness.
At the end of the scientific analysis on the basis of the enterprise strategyAbstract

development, the plan and scientific arrangement, summarizes the enterprise sustainable
development the core competitiveness, the deployment of the implementation of the
enterprise strategy. Through the enterprise interior organization reform, arouse the staff at
all levels of management in the implementation of the strategy of positive, while external
effective strategic alliance, make full use of all kinds of resources in enterprises and
improve the synergy effect; so that enterprise managers can continuously in the new
starting point on the external environment and business continuity strategies to explore,
promote enterprise innovation management.
