摘 要
我国钢铁企业信息化建设经过 30 多年的发展,取得了显著成效,信息化和工业
化融合程度不断加深。但随着钢铁产能结构性过剩、原材料进口依存度过高、生产
要素成本不断增加、国家调控措施逐渐落实,钢铁企业生产经营陷入困境,转型升
级遇到瓶颈,现行信息化系统的不足,逐步在新的市场形势下显露出来。面对生产、
经营、管理日益增加的需求,现行信息化平台不断增加功能,软硬件均有重复臃肿
的累赘弊端,长此以往,势必会导致数据冗余庞杂,软、硬件性能降低,效率难以
提高,维护费用不断增加。要渡过目前的难关,走新型工业化道路,实现低碳经济
和可持续发展,亟待进一步提高信息化水平,而新一代信息技术具有的强大计算、
海量存储、智能感知在推动钢铁企业精细化管理、提高产品质量、降低制造成本和
科学决策等方面能发挥重要作用,对推动钢铁工业转型升级起到强有力的支撑,促
进企业综合竞争力的提升。

本文以 HD 钢铁集团信息化为案例,结合我国钢铁工业现状和 HD 钢铁集团的实
际情况以及面临的机遇和挑战,通过深入研究云计算和物联网的核心理念,将两种
技术应用于 HD 钢铁集团信息化建设上,设计出适合 HD 钢铁集团的基于云计算和物
联网的信息化新体系架构,从而提高企业的综合竞争力,使其在激烈的市场竞争中
获胜。通过和传统的信息化架构对比分析,得出了基于物联网和云计算的架构在协
同管理,数据共享、节能降耗、本质安全等方面都具有巨大优势。

Abstract
It has achieved remarkable results, that the informatization of iron and steel
enterprises in China, during over 30 years developing. The amalgamation of
informatization and industrialization goes deeper. However, as the steel structural
overcapacity, high dependence of importing in raw materials, increasing of the cost in
factors of production, the state macro-control measures gradually implement, the iron &
steel enterprises are in trouble, transformation and upgrading are facing bottleneck. The
shortage of current information system is gradually revealed in the new marketing
situation. Confront with the demanding in production, management, daily running, the
current informatization platform should be increase function constantly. The result is that
hardware and software are repeated bloated encumbrance of malpractice. In a long term,
its performance will be impacted, and redundant data will come out. The costs of
maintenance will continue to increase. Taking a new road to industrialization and
achieving a low carbon economy and sustainable development, is a good way to go
through the current situation. To further improve the level of informatization, and a new
generation of information technology has powerful computing, mass storage, intelligent
perception in promoting fine iron and steel enterprise management, improve product
quality, reduce manufacturing cost and scientific decision, etc, can play an important role,
to promote transformation and upgrading of iron and steel industry have strong support.
Promote the enterprise comprehensive competitiveness.
The paper takes HD Iron & Steel Group as a example, designs a new infrastructure of
information for HD Iron & Steel Group based on cloud computing and internet of things
Combing with its actual situation, opportunities and challenges, making an analysis of its
information needs, further studying the core idea of cloud computing and internet of
things, and applying the two technologies to its information construction to enhance the
competitiveness of enterprise and win in the fierce market competition. Moreover, it draws
that the infrastructure based on cloud computing and networking has a great advantage in
collaborative management, data sharing, low cost, essential security, etc. by making a
comparative analysis with the traditional information infrastructure.
