的喜好、如何把握住客户的需求准确定位同时能持之有效的提高企业的单位生产
效率,进而打造出具有创新性和前瞻性具有市场竞争力的产品,这些都是目前企业
管理者们需要去思考的问题。解决这些问题一个有效的手段就是充分利用n技术
提供的数据进行分析决策,同时也可以实现精细化管理。可以说目前国内各行各
业都离不开IT技术的辅助,同时各种类型的信息系统的建设也都放在了决策者们
的重要位置去进行考虑,但是随着IT信息系统的建设的重要性不断提升,放在大
家眼前的一个总要问题是如何去保证一个IT信息系统的建设项目可以按时、保质
保量的完成同时也能切实发挥其在建设之初管理者们设想的作用呢这就需要
在IT信息系统建设项目中纳入风险管理,但同时我们也清醒的看到我国企业在n
项目风险分析预测与管控措施方面缺乏行之有效的方式方法,目前采取的多是凭
借好的项目经理的经验和主观来判断,使得IT项目风险管控的本身存在很多风险。
本文希望通过研究IT项目管理中风险的识别、分析、应对等过程,认识和了解IT
项目的风险管理理论,从而能够运用到具体的项目中,去发现、分析从而应对风
险,保证项目的顺利实施。
IT服务外包”就是将企事业单位中非主营业务之外的工作外包出去由更专
业的公司去完成,这一概念这几年在国内逐渐被各大企事业单位所认识、理解并
运用,国内也涌现出一批优秀的IT服务外包提供商,在此类项目中,提供的不是
很直接的软件产品、IT硬件设备或者其他有形资产,IT外包服务商提供的是有针
对性的H服务解决方案。如何能顺利的实施完成,并且达成各项合同要求的SLA,
这就需要充分运用n项目风险管理理论。本文以HA公司SAP系统服务外包项目
为例,运用项目工作分解结构法、风险检查表法和风险分解结构法等方式去识别
分析项目风险,从而得出HA公司SAP系统服务外包项目的主要风险清单(ToplO),
并就其中最主要的一个风险进行了具体分析寻找出应对计划。
