本文以 M 公司的营销网络现状为基础,以提高营销网络系统资金管理水平
为出发点,结合我国防盗门行业营销网络资金集中化管理系统的发展趋势和现
状,采用文献研究法、案例分析法等,按照分析现状、找出问题、提出建议的
思路进行分析
首先,分析我国防盗门行业营销网络系统资金集中化管理体系现状;其
次,对比分析M集团营销网络系统及其资金集中化管理系统现状;然后,找出M
集团营销网络系统资金集中化管理体系存在的问题;最后,提出完善 M 集团营
销网络系统资金集中化管理体系的对策

With the deepening of China's reform of the socialist market economy
development, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. As a business
enterprise and market docking Network Marketing become the completion of the sale ,
the realization value of the key links at the forefront of enterprise products naturally.
As a core part of the profits of the enterprise marketing network layout, design and
other aspects of the channel model runs are dependent on money management. So, for
the enterprise, reasonable funds to build a centralized marketing network system
management system , the enterprise funds increased transparency , improve capital
efficiency , reduce financial costs as well as enhance the critical path network
marketing business competitiveness. For the study of this subject, it has a great
theoretical and practical significance .
In this paper, the status quo M 's marketing network , based on the system in
