Abstract
Operation and management of modern enterprises in our website after two
decades of development, has been widely applied to all walks of life, almost all
businesses, all industries have established their own websites. Website to become
business, industry and even individuals to show themselves, an important window to
communicate with the outside world. Increasingly become a corporate website or
other social organizations, an important platform for interaction between individuals,
internal staff and external, which breaks the traditional concept of space and time, to
quickly disseminate information to the community in the first time. Site to meet the
needs of customers while shopping or entertainment, in its own operational
management, there are some problems and deficiencies. In this paper, after elaborate
on China's small and medium sites, analysis, Suzhou boxing carrier site operations
management, for example, conducted a survey and analysis, operations management
through investigation that the site has begun mode, website promotion, team building,
management system has accumulated some experience, and achieved some success,
but in the strategic planning Web site, target support, teamwork, respect career
planning, construction and other cultural sites are still some flaws.
In this study , SWOT analysis on the operation and management of the site in
Suzhou S-boxing web strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risk factor analysis,
etc., and then proposed the site in the future S-boxing web operations management, to
avoid weaknesses, take targeted, systematic measures scientific and comprehensively
improve the operation and management of the site, the level of standardization.
Specific countermeasures and suggestions: First S-boxing web should be accurate
targeting, and improve relevant conditions, including select key development areas,
construction of high-quality personnel, improve the innovation capacity; second is to
implement flexible business strategy, including flexible brand strategy, flexible
aspects of cultural policy; Third, from the transformation of management philosophy,
change management focus, expanding the management vision, innovative
management methods, improve the management structure of the system, improveI
management performance and so strengthen the team building site humanities; fourth
is conducive to improving employee motivation, initiative, and help to mobilize staff
and users initiative, innovation, help to improve the core competitiveness of the site to
the principle of strengthening the interactive website daily management; 5 is to
promote informatization construction site, technology to achieve sustainable
management of the site; six in terms of strategy, systems, cultural sites, such as
providing incentives to strengthen and improve security conditions for site operations
management.

摘 要
现代企业网站的运营管理在我国经过二十年的发展,已经广泛应用到各行各
业中,几乎所有的企业、所有的行业都建立了自己的网站。网站成为企业、行业
甚至个人展示自己、与外界交流的一个重要窗口。网站也越来越成为企业或其他
社会组织、个人、内部员工与外界之间进行互动的重要平台,它打破了传统的空
间和时间概念,能够在第一时间内迅速向社会发布信息。网站在满足了广大用户
购物或娱乐需求的同时,在自身运营管理上也存在一些问题和不足。本文在对我
国中小网站进行阐述、分析后,以苏州 S 拳击网站运营管理为例,进行了调查和
分析,通过调查认为该网站的运营管理已初具模式,在网站推广、团队建设、管
理体系等方面积累了一定的经验,取得了一定的成效,但在网站的战略规划、目
标支撑、团队合作、职业生涯规划、网站文化建设等方面仍存在一定的缺陷

本文移植运用了 SWOT 战略分析法,对苏州 S 拳击网站运营管理的优势、劣
势、机会和风险等进行要素分析,进而提出了 S 拳击网站在今后的运营管理中,
要扬长避短,采取针对性、系统性的措施,全面提高网站运营管理的科学化、规
范化水平。具体对策和建议有:一是 S 拳击网站应进行精确的目标定位,并完善
相应的条件,包括选择重点发展领域、建设高素质人才队伍、提高创新能力等;
二是要实施灵活的经营策略,包括灵活的品牌策略、灵活的文化策略诸方面;三
是从转变管理理念、转变管理重心、拓展管理视野、创新管理方法、完善管理架
构体系、提升管理绩效等加强网站团队建设的人文性;四是以有利于提高员工积
极性、主动性,有利于调动员工和用户的能动性、创新性,有利于提高网站的核
心竞争能力为原则,加强网站日常管理的互动性;五是推进网站信息化建设,实
现网站技术管理的持续性;六是从战略、制度、网站文化、激励机制等方面为加
强和改进网站运营管理提供保障条件
