本论文以专利管理理论知识促进企业可持续发展为导向，结合矿山实际，
在资源型矿山企业矿产品价格低迷，财务状况艰难时，要充分考虑到专利扩散
效应能够给企业带来巨大的经济利润。通过对山东黄金矿业股份有限公司（以
下简称山金公司）发展现状和存在的问题进行全面深刻地剖析，山金公司作为
我国资源型矿山上市企业的典型代表之一，在专利管理中具有一定的参考价值
和借鉴意义。山金公司在运用和实施具有自身特色的专利管理经营模式取得了
一定的成功，但也存在着一些专利管理问题。通过全面透彻地分析山金公司的
专利管理，重点阐述了山金公司在专利管理工作中取得的成绩和应当引起重视
的问题，归纳出对我国资源型矿山企业在专利管理方面的不足。对我国的资源
型矿山企业专利管理和研究产生具有一定程度的理论指导意义，引导企业通过
有效的实施专利管理工作，走资源性矿山可持续发展的道路。
本论文通过第一章的绪论详细分析了资源型矿山企业的研究背景和研究意
义、方法和内容；研究山金公司的意义； 第二章对基本概念的界定，对企业专
利管理概论及特征和资源型矿山企业定义类型及特点进行概述，描述了企业可
持续发展在国民经济中的重要意义；第三章对国内外资源型矿山企业专利管理
的经验借鉴与启示，概括了国内外资源矿山企业的发展状况；对他们在专利管
理的做法和经验；以及对我国资源型矿山企业专利管理的启示；

第四章对山金公司专利管理 SWOT 分析，通过分析专利管理现状，对部分专利创
新成果的应用和实施后的效果进行优势分析、劣势分析、机会分析和威胁分析，
基于 SWOT 分析的专利战略选择；第五章对山金公司的建议.要重视企业专利管
理的人力资源管理；完善技术创新激励机制，加大科研资金投入；加速信息网
络建设；专利管理与企业经营战略相结合；专利管理与行业技术标准相结合；
专利管理与培育创新型企业文化相结合；与国内外资源型企业探索建立专利联
盟机制的可能。

Abstract
Resource type mining enterprises is a basic pillar industry in national economy
development，which is in relation to the development of the whole national economy
and plays a decisive role as well.Mine resource type enterprise has a lot of problems
in the exploitation of mineral resources, causing great waste.The core content of
modern enterprises lies in the competition of intellectual property rights. The core
competitiveness of mining resource type enterprise is how to perform patent
management effectively. To realize the innovation of science and technology，the
innovation of science and technology, accumulated wealth, the monopoly of natural
resources can be of fully effective use and keep the production and business
activities stableand guarantee the sustainable development of enterprises.Patent
management of enterprises is bound to the market economy and the growth mode
combination.The only resource of mining enterprise patent management work can be
positive and enthusiastic. Enterprisecreation, utilization, management and protection
of intellectual property rights level and ability to improveconstantlyplays a great role
in promoting the sustainable development of enterprise management.In this thesis,
