摘 要
近年来，国家大力推进殡葬改革，提出了“绿色殡葬”、“生态墓地”等
先进理念，国内部分城市已经走在改革的前列，在城市生态公墓建设方面有效
解决了殡葬行为与生态环境的矛盾，并提出一些城市公墓建设的创新举措，为
城市的可持续发展做出积极贡献。厦门作为国际化的港口旅游城市，城市的建
设与发展成绩斐然，但公墓行业发展相对落后，现有的城市公墓开发建设相对
无序，缺乏合理规划，品位不高，与城市发展现状不相匹配，也难以满足城市
发展需要。本文深入研究了国内外关于城市生态公墓可持续发展的相关理论，
从公墓发展方向、城市发展需要、消费市场需求等方面对城市生态公墓的可持
续发展进行思考和探索，阐述了生态公墓的内涵、建设标准和开发原则，分析
了厦门公墓行业的现状和存在问题，指出厦门发展城市生态公墓的必要性和意
义。同时，以厦门海沧文圃山陵园的开发建设为例，借鉴国内外知名公墓在生
态环境建设、文化氛围营造和旅游资源开发等方面的成功经验，分析并提出厦
门城市公墓生态修复的基本思路，最后创新提出了实现厦门城市生态公墓可持
续发展的五大策略

Abstract
In recent years, the government has vigorously promoted the reform of funeral,
and proposed some advanced concepts such as green funeral and ecological burial
and so on. Further,some cities have been in the forefront of reform, in terms of
ecological construction of urban cemetery they have effectively solved the
contradiction between funeral behavior and ecological environment, and proposed
some innovative initiatives on city cemetery building, all these make positive
contributions to urban sustainable development. Xiamen is an international
port tourist city, the city's construction and development has been impressive, but
the development of cemetery relative backwardness. There are some problems in
construction of cemetery,such as developing disordered, planning lags, bad taste, and
it is difficult to meet the needs of urban development. So this paper in-depth studied
the the domestic and foreign theories about sustainable development of urban
ecological cemetery, explored the sustainable development of urban ecological
cemetery from the cemetery development trend , urban development demand,
consumer demand and so on,and then described the connotation, construction
standards and development principles of ecological cemetery, and the necessity and
significance of the development of Xiamen urban ecological cemetery. In this process,
this paper take Wen Pu Hill Cemetery of Xiamen Haicang for example, draw on the
successful experience of the well-known cemetery on constructing ecological
environment, building culture atmosphere and developing tourism resources,
analyzed and proposed the ideas of Xiamen city cemetery ecological restoration, and
then proposed five strategies that can achieve the sustainable development of Xiamen
urban ecological cemetery.

1.1 论文研究的背景及意义
随着中国城市化进程加快，城市化水平从 1980 年的 19%跃升至 2010 年的
47%，十二五期间，全国城镇人口将首次超过农村人口。经济的快速发展与城镇
化的推进，城镇人口基数和密度不断加大，同时伴随着中国人口老龄化与死亡
人口数量的持续增加，让墓地在城市变得千金难求，产生了城市发展用地与公
墓用地的矛盾。能够被人们开发的土地日益减少，与此同时，自然环境也遭到
了破坏，导致死者无安乐场所容身的尴尬局面出现
