在研究思路上,本文首先阐述了产品品质风险控制的基本理论,介绍产品品质风险
的概念及基本内容,以及产品品质风险控制的含义及控制方法。在综述国内外相关研究
文献之后,对FN公司现场运用调查分析法得出产品品质现状和存在问题,在分析的基
础上,基于全流程分析思路对FN公司产品品质风险控制进行分析,并综合运用矩阵数
据分析法、风险矩阵法、Borda序值法建立全流程风险控制模型。在分析模型的定量结
果基础上,得到全流程各功能环节关键风险要素,提出FN公司的产品品质风险控制整
体解决方案
本文侧重应用研究,同时结合理论研究方法,对FN公司的产品品质风险优化和控
制进行了研究,取得了以下几点研究成果:1、除了对代工企业全流程产品品质风险控
制进行探讨外,针对FN公司出现的产品再外包品质风险亦单独进行了分析。2、提出了
引入第三方公司,将产品检验功能整体功能也外包的产品品质风险控制新思路。3、建
立了符合FN公司自身特点的全流程风险控制模型,为整体解决方案的提出提供了理论
依据。该方案对FN公司及同类企业降低产品品质风险、提高公司整体竞争力具有一定
的参考价值

ABSTRACT
Facing the thinning manufacturing profit today, Chinese contract manufacturing
enterprises must determine how to walk out of this dilemma. Besides cost control competition,
product quality control has become the key factors to success. In this context, improving the
quality of the product with the aid of risk control thus became a new research topic in recent
years. Scholars locally and abroad put forward many theories for risk control of product
quality, but the theory related to product quality risk control for enterprise under ODM/OEM
model are relatively rare, and the information which can be researched for, currently shows
only studies from the view of outsourcing enterprises. Different from other scholars' research
theories, this article review from the perspective of foundry enterprises, choosing the whole
flow of FN company product quality risk control as the research subject, taking the product
quality risk optimization and control as the main issue, discussing how to optimize FN
company product quality risk and control from the view of the full process control. In the
research approach, this article first expounds the basic theory of risk control about product
quality, introducing the concept and basic content of the product quality risk, as well as the
meaning of the product quality risk control and control method. After summarizing relevant
research literature locally and abroad, applied investigation and analytic method were used to
obtain FN company's product quality status and existing problems on the spot. On the basis of
this analysis, FN company product quality risk control were analyzed based on the whole
process analysis approach, and established the whole process of risk control model by using
the integrated means of matrix data analysis, risk matrix method, and the Borda sequence
value method. Based on the Quantitative results from the analysis of these model, key risk
factors of each function link of the whole flow were obtained, raising the overall solution for
FN company's product quality risk control. This article focuses on applied research, at the
same time, using the method of theoretical research, studies the risk of FN company's product
quality optimization and control, concluding the following findings:
