随着我国经济的快速发展，人民口袋的可支配收入越来越多，老百姓对食
品的质量要求也越来越高，“民以食为天，食以安为先”。近年来，我国农产品质
量安全令人担忧，像瘦肉精、三聚氰胺、有毒的生姜一次又一次的挑战者老百姓
的神经。农产品质量安全已成为广大消费者及农业和食品行业最为关注的问题，
无论是政府还是民间都在探索解决这一关系国计民生的热点问题，并已开始在许
多方面付诸实践

农产品质量安全是指农产品质量符合保障人的健康、安全的要求。我国食品
供应链比较长且复杂，涉及种植、养殖、屠宰、食品生产加工、流通以及最终消
费管理等多个环节。并且供应链中以小作坊为主,参与者众多且分散、流动性大,
标识系统不统一，推行信息化工作的难度很大
