摘要
伴随着经济的日益发展,新型工业化基地不断涌现,产业集群日趋明显,完
善的道路交通等市政基础设施条件是经济发展的必要保障。因此,如何把湘潭九
华MM大道建设好显得至关重要。我国可行性研究工作起步较晚,但是随着经
济的发展,在借鉴国外研究成果的基础上不断完善,也有了较多的研究成果。本
文以项目可行性研究理论为基础,充分借鉴国内外的有益研究成果,从九华示范
区的实际情况出发,通过对交通分析与预测、技术标准及建设规模、建设条件及
工程技术方案、投资估算及资金筹措、工程实施安排与招投标方案、经济评价与
节能分析以及环境影响分析和社会评价的研究来指出九华大道工程建设的可行
性。旨在把九华大道建设好,完善九华示范区的交通路网,促进九华示范区经济
的可持续发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy, new industrial base is evolving,the
perfect road traffic and other municipal infrastructure can help to promote the
economy .Therefore, building Jiuhua road well is crucial. The study on the feasibility
in China started relatively late, but it has been improved with the development of the
economy.and there also has become more research. This paper, based on the previous
studies and data analysis, analysed the traffic, technical standards and the scale of
construction, engineering solution conditions, investment estimation and financing,
project implementation arrangements and bidding programs, economic evaluation ,
energy,environmental impact, social assessment,aimed at building the Jiuhua MM
road well, completing the traffic network of Jiuhua demonstration zone,promoting
the sustainable development of Jiuhua demonstration zone's economy.
