to familiar with the situation in terminal, law,regulations, habits and the professional
experience etc,. Therefore, they can be more effectively to arrange and deal with all
kinds of business about ship in the terminal (such as the service for ship and crew,
charging various procedures, business related finance, ship leasing, buying and selling
agents, etc, and the commercial maritime and maritime rescue etc.), effectively help the
shipping company to solve the issues of vessel arrival.
Michael Potter's five forces model brings together a number of different influence
factors of industry into a model,bases on the economics of industrial organization to
analyze the five determining the intensity of competition in the industry and market how
to influence the industry competition situation.
Enterprises Competitiveness is a theory based on the enterprise competition,a
comprehensive concept of different emphases in different economic forms and different
periods. Modern enterprises competitiveness factor covers a lot of potential elements
such as information technology, brand influence, etc. Enterprises in the fierce market
competition environment, in order to suiting their own survival, profitability, rising
market share,expanding the scope of business, realizing the benefit increase, eventually
