本文研究的主要内容:在对战略联盟相关理论研究的基础上,分析了军工企业的
战略联盟特点;阐明了我国军工企业战略联盟发展现状及存在的问题;论述了我国军
工企业建立战略联盟的必要性;研究了我国军工企业战略联盟的组建策略和管理方法。
其中,我国军工企业战略联盟组建策略分析了组建原则、伙伴选择、治理结构的选择;
联盟管理方法分析了联盟的知识管理、风险管理、绩效评价等内容。并以兵器装备集
团公司战略联盟组建与管理情况展开案例研究,最后针对我国军工企业战略联盟的现
状,提出相应对策建议。

Abstract
Accelerated process of economic globalization, makes our country more enterprises have the
opportunity to enter the international market, at the same time to promote the globalization
of markets and the globalization of capital, intensified competition in the industry between
similar enterprises, some companies forced to production orthe positive competitive
pressures to take the way of cooperation or alliance. China's military industry enterprises
have experienced a scratch, from weak to strong development course. The military industrial
enterprises to establish a strategic alliance is a necessary trend of the trend of historical
development.
The main content of this study: on the basis of research on the theory of the strategic alliance,
analyzed the characteristics of the strategic alliance of the military enterprises; clarify the
development status and existing problems of China's military enterprises strategic alliances;
discusses China's military enterprises to establish strategic alliances necessarysex; research
strategy and management of strategic alliances in China's military enterprises. Among them,
China's military enterprises forming strategic alliances strategy analysis established principle,
partner selection, governance structure choice; alliance management methods of the Union
of knowledge management, risk management, and performance evaluation. Ordnance
Equipment Group Corporation forming strategic alliances with to expand case studies, and
finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the status quo of
