随着全球化竞争加剧,企业技术创新能力日益成为其核心竞争力重要体现。

然而,企业自身资源有限,难以满足其技术创新对资源的需求。因此,从外界获

取各种创新资源已成为企业开展创新活动的必然趋势,构建适合创新网络并充分

利用创新网络资源对于企业创新绩效提升至关重要。

本文首先在文献回顾和理论分析的基础上,重点剖析了网络强度、网络密度

和网络中心度这三个创新网络特征对企业技术创新绩效的影响机理。其次,在理

论分析的基础上,通过案例研究和问卷调查的方式对中联重科创新网络特征及其

效果进行了重点研究,对中联重科创新网络特征及其对企业技术创新绩效的影响

进行了详细分析。最后,在实证研究结果的基础上,为政府部门和企业就如何构

建创新网络、参与创新网络、利用创新网络价值提出了若干政策建议。本研究的

主要结论如下:

第一,尽管目前的大量研究表明企业创新网络特征对技术创新绩效有重要影

响,但对于到底是有正向影响还是负向影响,以及通过怎样的机制影响技术创新

绩效,目前理论界还未有一致性结论。第二,现己处于成熟阶段的中联重科,其

外部创新网络已相当发达,与周围创新组织有着密切联系,其创新网络具有网络

强度强、网络密度大、网络中心度髙的显著特征。第三,中联重科创新网络强度、

创新网络密度、创新网络中心度与其技术创新绩效具有显著正向关系,这表明网

络强度越强、网络密度越大、网络中心度越高,越有利于提升中联重科技术创新

绩效。第四,企业要想充分利用创新网络价值以提升技术创新绩效,应当建立与

自身相适应的创新网络,并积极主动参与创新网络实践;不断优化自身网络关系

水平,积极主动与其他创新主体进行交流合作;加强联系深度和广度,建立深层

次合作关系,并尽可能占据创新网络有利位置;不断培育和提升自身学习能力。

ABSTRACT

With global competition increasing, technological innovation capability is

increasingly becoming an important manifestation of its core competencies. However,

only depending on limited resources, enterprise can't meet the demand for its

technology innovation. Therefore, getting a variety of innovative resources from the

outside to carry out innovation activities has become an inevitable trend,building a

suitable networks and leveraging innovation network resources is essential for

improving innovation performance.

Firstly,based on the literature review and theoretical analysis, we analysis the

influence mechanism of network strength, network density and network centrality oil

technological innovation performance. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis,

we take case studies and questionnaires for ZOOMLION innovation network

characteristics and their effects on ZOOMLION innovation performance. Finally,

based on the results of empirical research, we provided some advises and policy for

government departments and businesses on how to build innovation network,

participate in innovation network and use the value of innovation network. Our main

conclusions are as follows:

First, although there are many studies have shown that innovation network

characteristics have an important impact on technological innovation performance,

there is no unanimous conclusion about whetiier the effect is positive or negative, and

how this impact occurs. Second, ZOOMLION has a well-developed external

innovation network now. It keeps closely links with surrounding innovation

organization. Its innovative network has a significant feature of strong network

strength, large network density and high degree of network centrality. Third, there has

significant positive relationship between the network strength, network der^ity and

network centrality of ZOOMLION's innovation network and its technical innovation

performance. It suggests Hiat the stronger of the network strengtii, the greater of the

network density and the higher of the network centrality is more conducive to

enhancing ZOOMLION's technical innovation performance. Fourth, in order to take

full advantage of the value of innovation networks and to improve technical

innovation performance, a enterprise should establish a suitable innovation networks,

and participate in innovation networks practice actively; optimize the level of

networks relationship continuously,and communicate with other innovation main

actively; strengthen the depth and breadth of ties to build deeper partnerships and to

occupy a favorable position in innovation network as much as possible; nurture and

enhance their ability to learn continuously.
