从 90 年代中期开始,高校毕业生就业制度有了重大改革,大学生的就业有
了新的变化和问题,由原先的计划经济体制下的“统招统分”到市场经济体制下
的“双向选择、自主择业”的过程,大学生就业面临人力资源整体素质的考验,
用人单位也关注整体素质高的大学生,而不是受计划经济的影响,纯粹接收硬性
分配的大学生,本文从高等院校、用人单位及社会的角度,阐述了当代大学生就
业形势的现状及对策分析,分别从高校、政府、用人企业及大学生自身等几方面
分析,希望对当代大学生毕业后找到一份适合自己的工作提供有价值的参考。大
学生群体的增加,会提升社会整体的人力资源水平,同时,如何良性地引导大学
生就业,成为提升社会人力资源整体素质的关键环节,也是我们大学生人力资源
素质整体发展的重要途径。

ABSTRACT
University students are the higher human resources, therefor the college culture,
future employment and growth in the enterprise all are the very important things
which are related to the vital interests of millions of households, it also related to the
social harmony and stability. Employment of Students involved college student’s
transition from the campus to the society, and thus guide and deal with this transition
which are always very important. University and government regard the university
students’ employment as their most important works, they do everything possible to
broaden the students’ employment, they guiding them to be employed vid the different
channels and encourage them to start their own businesses. Companies are also based
on the needs of the human resources, pay close attention to the employment of
university students; they even began to pay attention to the growth of the overall
quality for the students from their sophomore junior. It can be said that the
well-directed employment of university students which will be a human resources test.
It is also an important measure to improve the overall quality of Society Human
Resource.
From the mid of 1990s, the system of employment for college graduates have a
major reform, university students stared to face the new changes and problems: they
from the original unified recruitment and distribution” which is under the planned
economic system to “two-way choice and own choice” which are under the market
economic system “, students faced with the test of the overall quality of human
resources. The employers are also concerned about the students who with the higher
overall quality, they are not impact by the planned economy anymore that just purely
receive graduate from the university mandatory. This paper bases on the student’s
current situation to analysis and discussion their employment from different sides
such as the Universities, government, companies and student themselves. Hopefully it
can be used by the students to find a suitable job after their graduation. The increase
of students will enhance the level of human resources for the whole community, at the
same time, how to guide the employment of university students has becomes a key
point to enhance the overall quality of the Society Human Resource, and it also be a
important way for the development of overall quality of human resources.
