摘 要
随着我国改革开放政策的深入推进,我国的对外经济交流越来越多,中国
独特的资源、劳动力等优势,促进了 OEM 企业的迅猛发展,为我国经济社会
的快速发展做出了巨大的贡献。但是,随着资源的逐步萎缩、劳动力成本的增
加、人民币的逐渐升值,且近些年来其他亚洲国家也加入到世界经济竞争中,
从而使中国的低成本优势受到威胁,OEM 企业的利润空间也越来越少,大多数
OEM 企业已经无法通过这样的优势在国际市场中稳住步伐,不得不寻找方法重
新获得核心竞争力。而 OEM 企业最大的短板就是技术短板,只有具备过硬的
技术水平,才能使企业不再受制于人,占领市场主导地位,增强企业的综合实
力。因此,在这样的背景下,OEM 企业获得出路的方式,就是通过技术创新转
型到 ODM 企业,从而重新获得市场的认可,创造核心竞争优势。

因此,本文将技术创新作为 OEM 转型到 ODM 企业的关键因素来研究,并
结合 A 公司目前的转型实践,将案例分析贯穿到技术创新的路径、组织方式选
择、风险管控等各个因素的分析、解决中,通过理论结合实践的研究方式,系
统地了解在 OEM 企业转型到 ODM 的技术创新战略实施过程中,需要解决的问
题,可能遇到的困难,需要采取的举措等等。通过本文的研究,能为 A 公司进
一步深入转型及我国其他企业的转型提供一定程度上的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
Along with further development of our country reform and open policy, more
and more foreign economic exchange in China, the our advantages in unique
resources, labor and so on promote the rapid development of OEM enterprises, and
made a great contribution to China's rapid economic growth and social development.
However, along with the resources gradually atrophy, labor costs increase, as well as
other Asian countries have joined the competition of the world economy in recent
years, which make the advantage of our low cost threatened, and the profits of OEM
enterprise become less and less, most of the OEM enterprises have been unable to
keep the competitiveness in the international market through these advantages, they
have to find ways to obtain the core competitiveness again. Shortage of technology
in OEM enterprise is the largest problem, only to improve technological level can
make the OEM enterprise no longer heteronomy, let them occupy the market
dominant position, and enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises. So the
way of keeping continual operation in enterprises is to transfer to ODM from OEM
enterprises through technological innovation, which gain market recognition again,
to create core competitive advantage.
Herein, the text will regard technology innovation as the key factor from OEM
to ODM transformation to research, and will combine with current reforming
practice of A company. A company’s case will be applied to technology innovation
strategy analysis wholly, such as innovation path, organization mode selection, risk
control, and the analysis of various factors. We can understand the problems need to
solved, difficulties to be suffered possibly, actions need to taken during the
implementation process from OEM to ODM transformation through research
integrated theory with practice. It can provide a certain degree of reference for A
company and other enterprises of our country in transformation through this study.
