摘要
经济全球化和生产力的快速发展,使国内制造业得以迅猛发展。大多数具有竞争力
的跨国公司也都在中国建立了工厂或者办事机构。依靠本地供应商资源来扩大业务和市
场,是企业可持续发展的动力源泉。
供应商关系管理就是有效的管理企业和供应商的合作关系,最终目的是为了持续保
持企业的绩效并降低运营风险。对于跨国制造企业来说,合适的供应商关系管理有助于
提升企业业绩。然而在实际的供应商关系管理活动中,由于双方缺乏必要的信任,信息
不对称,文化差异或者是其他原因,跨国制造企业本地供应商关系管理的现状却不容乐
观。
本文首先研究了供应商关系管理的相关理论,并总结了前人在供应商关系管理方面
的主要研究成果。然后通过作者熟悉的制造业领域,研究跨国企业本地供应商关系管理
的现状和主要特征,寻找并分析造成当前供应商关系管理现状的主要原因,通过理论研
究、实证研究和实例分析,探索供应商关系管理中的关系质量和合作方式指标与企业关
注绩效指标的关系。提出跨国制造企业本地供应商关系管理的改善建议,以帮助企业提
升绩效并降低运营风险。

The Study of Supply Relationship Management for Multinational

Manufacture Corporation

ABSTRACT

With the economic globalization and rapid development of productivity, the domestic

manufacture has been developed rapidly. Most of multinational companies with competition

have established plants or administrative office in China. The dependence on the local

supplier resource to enlarge the business and marketing has become the sourcing of

continuous development for multinational corporations.

The meaning of supplier relationship management (SRM) is managing the relationship

of corporation and supplier validly. The ultimate goal of SRM is to keep performance and

reduce the operation risks for the corporation. The proper SRM will help to promote the

performance of multinational corporations. But due to lack of essential trust, symmetry of

information, the difference of culture or other reasons in actual activities of supplier

relationship management, the Pop- status of local SRM for multinational corporations are not

optimistic.

This thesis firstly depicts the relevant theories of supplier relationship management, and

concludes the main previous literatures in supplier relationship management. Then, according

to the familiar manufacture area of writer, this research will focus on the status and main

characters of supplier relationship management, to search and analyze the root causes of

existed status of SRM. The thesis explores the index correlation of relationship quality,

cooperation styles and corporation attention performance according to theories research,

empirical research and case study. The purpose of this thesis is to provide some improvement

advices of local SRM and help to promote the performance and reduce the operation risks for

the multinational manufacture corporation.
