摘要
随着全球化的进一步深化,供应链正在取代传统的纵向一体化成为当今产业组织的主要
模式。同时,供应链管理也越来越被重视。高效的供应链管理成为跨国企业提升竞争力的重
要战略工具之一。在金融业供应链金融业务也随之应运而生,成为商业银行中的新兴业务。
在国内市场由于该业务相对于传统贸易和融资体现出的低风险性,以及能够有效破解向中小
企业融资难的困局。近年来供应链金融业务越来越受国内中外资银行的关注,并在目前金融
形势严峻且行业竞争越来越激烈的背景下,有被重点发展的趋势。AB银行作为国内最主要
的外资银行之一,也是最先在国内市场推出供应链融资业务的银行,在若干年的发展后,其
供应链融资业务已处于瓶颈期,并且正在逐渐失去竞争优势。本文结合战略发展理论,通过

PEST, SWOT等战略分析工具对AB银行该项业务的现状和战略意义进行了综合分析,总结
出了问题,并提出新的定位和发展战略以及相应的实施方案,以期待AB银行供应链融资业
务以及银行的整体竞争力有所提升。

Developing Strategy of AB Bank Supply Chain Business

Abstract

Under the developing of Globalization trend, Supply Chain is replacing traditional Vertical

Integration and becoming the major model of industry dynamics. Supply Chain Management, as

well, is being put higher value than ever nowadays. High efficient Supply Chain Management

solution is one of the key strategic tools to most of the multinational corporations in improving the

competitive advantage. In financial markets, Supply Chain Financing is created to support this new

model in funding aspect.

In domestic financing market, due to Supply Chain Financing is relatively with lower risk

exposure comparing to traditional trade finance, as well as provides a good solution in financing

small- medium companies which deemed as higher risk, it has been paid close attention by the local

banks, especially under current circumstances that local financial market is tightening and

competition among existing rivalries is getting fierce. Supply Chain Financing is tended to be

prioritized to the banks.

AB Bank, as one of the leading foreign bank in China, as well as the first foreign bank that

introduced and developed Supply Chain Financing in local market, however, is facing bottleneck in

this portion of business and also losing its competitive advantage. Actions should be taken

immediately by AB Bank to prevent it from further deteriorating. Under the guidance of strategic

development theory,by using analysis tools including PEST and SWOT etc, this thesis analyses

current situation of Supply Chain business of AB Bank. A new development strategy is raised

accordingly accompanied with implementation measurements. By providing some useful analysis

and suggestions, the thesis is aiming to improve the competitiveness of the AB Bank's Supply

Chain business, as well as the Bank itself.
