摘要
ERP的英文名称是:Enterprise Resource Wanning。经常翻译作“企业资源计
划”,它是一个以管理会计为核心的提供跨地区、跨部门或者跨公司整合的实时信息
企业管理方面的软件系统。系统将从客户订单到完成加工和交付再到最后收到应收款
等等,所有这些流程整合在一起,对采购、生产、成本、库存、分销、运输、财务、
人力资源等进行整体规划,从而取得最佳资源组合和最佳经营效益的目的。医药流通
企业最核心的业务板块是采购和销售,由于国家对大多数药品实施最高限价政策,即
限定最高零售价和最高医院供货价,因而对于医药流通行业来说,通过管理提高效益
的最容易出成果的业务核心板块就是采购板块。
本论文主要涉及以下几个方面:医药流通行业的行业现状分析;企业的运行平台
配置;企业ERP实施过程要点;医药流通企业ERP业务流程设置和分析;以药品采购
管理为切入点的ERP管理等内容。
本论文分析了 ERP系统中药品采购管理的业务流程。按照各个模块的具体需求从
制作库表、建立表单、制作流程开始,逐一的实施了 ERP软件的整个业务流程。提
出核心环节管理的要点和重点;从管理学的角度出发,通过经营理念重塑、经营流程
重塑、企业组织重塑,来提高企业经营效益,实现管理上的创新。帮助企业实现财务
核算、物资管理体制和流程梳理改革创新一步到位;帮助企业全面提升财务决策、物
资管理和流程运行的效率;实现企业扁平化管理和高效运营;重组企业业务模式,优
化企业资源分配;加强企业市场预测分析能力、财务风险控制能力,降低商品流通周
期和库存量,减少资金占用;使企业能够对市场变化做出迅速敏捷的反应,从而适应
不断变化的顾客需求和及时抓住市场机遇,进一步建立企业的竞争优势。

Abstract
This thesis mainly involves the following aspects: analysis of the current situation of
the medicine circulation industry; configuration platform of enterprise; enterprise ERP
implementation process; pharmaceutical enterprises ERP business process arrangement and
analysis; the drug procurement management as the starting point of the ERP management
etc..
This paper analyzes the procurement management in ERP system business process.
According to the specific needs of each module from the production database,
establishment of form, the production process,each of the implementation of ERP software
of the entire business process. Come to the point and core link of management; from the
managerial perspective, through the business philosophy remodeling, business processes
remodeling, enterprises remodeling and tissue remodeling, help the business to improve
business efficiency and innovation. Help enterprises to realize financial accounting,
materials management system and the process of reform and innovation in one step; help to
enhance the efficiency of financial decision-making,management and process operation;
help to enterprise flat management and efficient operation; to enterprise business
reorganization mode,to optimize the ^location of enterprise resources; help enterprise to

commodity circulation cycle and inventory, reduce the capital occupied; so that enterprises
