而多元化经营战略作为分散经营风险、构成多个利润增长点的一种途径,受到国内民
营企业的青睐,几乎成为民营企业家的经营“法宝”,普遍认为推行多元化是企业规模
化,迅速扩张的重要手段。当越来越多的民营企、丨k加入到多元化经营中时,我们有必
要对这一战略进行深刻的思考。
战略实施的正确与否,是企业健康、持续、稳定发展的关键。多元化是企业战略
的一种形式,不存在什么对与错,关键是看企业自身是否具备多元化经营的条件,如
何切实的结合自身的实际情况,科学理性的实施。本文选取YR集团为研究对象,从
企业实施多元化的动因入手,通过理论与实践相结合、定性和定量相结合,分析目前
集团多元化实施的效果,从修正多元化战略、强化核心竞争力、协调资源配置、优先
行业结构、升级产品品牌及加快人才培养等方面提出了 YR集团未来多元化经营战略
的实施对策和实现路径,为其它民营企业的多元化经营提供借鉴。

Abstract
Reform and development over the past thirty years, the private economy in the our
country economic structure in the proportion of gradually expanding, the private economy
has become China's economic growth has played a supporting role, is an important force in
the national economy development. Influenced by the 08 year of the financial crisis, the
current domestic and international economic situation is complex, the sustainable
development of private enterprises are facing a severe challenge. And the diversification
strategy is decentralized operational risks, a way to more profit growth point, by the
domestic private enterprises, almost become private entrepreneurs business magic
weapon, is generally believed that the implementation of diversified enterprise scale, an
important means of rapid expansion. When more and more private enterprises to join the
diversification, we need a profound reflection on the strategy.
The implementation of the strategy is correct or not, is the key to enterprise healthy,
sustained, steady development. Diversification is a form of corporate strategy, there is no
right or wrong, the key is to see whether the enterprise has the condition of diversification,
how to combine their actual situation,the implementation of scientific rationality. This
paper selects YR company as the research object, starting from the enterprise
diversification motivation,combining theory with practice, through qualitative and
quantitative analysis, the Group diversified implementation effect, the correction from the
diversification strategy, enhance the core competitiveness, to coordinate the allocation of
resources, industrial structure, upgrade the product brand preference and speed up the
training of personnel and other aspects of the implementation strategy of YR group in the
future the diversification strategy and implementation path, provides the reference for the
diversification of other private enterprises.
