摘要

多元化经营战略是企业发展到一定阶段扩张规模、规避风险的战略选择。通过多元

化战略,许多企业实现了快速发展壮大。但是上世纪80年代以来,企业多元化经营遇

到了许多阻碍,许多多元化企业开始缩减其规模,重新回归主业,实施归核化经营。我

国企业多元化经营成功者少,失败者多,引起了理论界和企业界的探讨和关注。在新的

形势下,研究企业多元化经营,为企业经营者如何在专业化和多元化经营之间做出抉择

和平衡提供思路和指导思想。

本文以新疆天富电力(集团)公司为案例,在分析多元化概念的剖析和相关理论的基

础上,深刻分析了新疆天富电力集团公司的多元化经营现状。主要内容分为六个部分:

第一部分分析了研究背景和与本课题有关研究的回顾;第二部分着重介绍了相关概念和

理论基础;第三部分分析了新疆天富电力集团公司的发展历程及其发展中存在的问题;

第四部分是对新疆天富电力集团多元化经营进行了 SWOT分析,并使用波士顿矩阵评价

了企业多元化经营现状,然后结合上述分析提出了新的战略构想;第五部分是为了保障

企业能够顺利的实施相关的战略,制订了一系列的保障措施;第六部分是本文的结论和

展望部分。希望通过本文的分析,能够帮助新疆天富电力集团公司走出一条适合其发展

的战略道路。

Abstract

Corporate diversification strategy is a choice of enterprises,in order to expand the

scale and avoid risks. Through diversification strategy, many companies achieve rapid

development and growth. But since the 1980s,corporate diversification has encountered

many obstacles, many diversified companies began to reduce its size, return to implemente

the refocusing management. Most of our corporate diversification failures caused theory and

business circles of discussion and concern. In the new situation, it is helpful that the business

owners have a choice of specialization and diversification through the research of firm

diversification.

In this paper,In the analysis of the concept of diversity analysis and relevant theories,

based on a profound analysis of Xinjiang Tianfu Electric Power Corporation's diversified

business status quo. Article is divided into six parts. The first part analyzes the background

and the subject of the study and review. Second part focuses on the basic concepts and

theories. Third part analyzes the development process and development problems of

Xinjiang Tianfu Electric Power Corporation's. The fourth part evaluates the Xinjiang Tianfu

Electric Power Group's diversified operations through using the SWOT matrix and Boston,

and combine with the analysis to give a new strategic vision. Fifth part develops a series of

safeguards in order to protect the smooth implementation of enterprise-related strategies.

Sixth part is the conclusion and outlook section. This can help Xinjiang Tianfu Electric Power

Group Corporation out a way appropriate to their development strategy through this analysis.
