摘 要
最近几年,中国大陆经济建设持续高速发展,特别是基础建设和房地产产业空前发展,
在加快我国城市化进程的同时,也导致我国电梯需求量越来越大。当前市场竞争越来越激
烈,国际上具有竞争力的外资电梯公司先后进入中国。A 企业也是从事电梯生产的佼佼者,
在这种激烈竞争的背景下,保持领先地位就必须在保证产品质量的前提下持续地科学地降
低产品成本提高产品质量。另一方面, A 企业全球约有 20 多家分公司,由于发展战略的变
动,韩国分公司即将在 2013 关闭,市场陆续转向中国市场,所以从明年开始 A 企业的产
量就会有很大的提升。未来的一年里车间的生产能力面临极大的考验,所以必须提高生产
效率来满足客户的需求节拍。为了不断降低成本提高质量,精益生产的理论和方法正在被
A 企业广泛认可和采用。本课题源于该企业的一条厅门生产线的现场改进。
本文基于精益生产的相关理论知识,以 A 公司的厅门生产线现场改善为研究对象进行
一系列的分析研究,系统地论述了 A 公司对厅门生产线的持续改善活动,采用价值流程图
分析,文献研究法,模拟法、案例研究方法,在提高生产效率的同时节省了大量的现场使
用面积,缩短了电梯厅门的制造周期,消除了制造过程中大量的浪费,从而使 A 企业的产
品获得更多的竞争优势。
对于实施厅门现场改善的过程中遇到的一些实际问题,本项目收集了有关的资料及相
关经验,通过对厅门的加工工艺流程、标准作业分析、布局调整、价值流图等深入研究,
实现了提高生产效率,减少序间库存,降低产品成本的目的。强调了企业实施精益生产不
能生搬硬套,应根据自身的实际情况灵活运用精益知识和工业工程的知识。本次改善对 A
公司以及同类制造企业在实施精益生产的现场改善的活动起到了一定的指导意义。

ABSTRACT
In the rapid growth of economic development of mainland China, especially the
unprecedented development in infrastructure and real estate industry, at the same
time of speeding up the urbanization process in China, has also led to the demand of
elevator is bigger, internationally competitive foreign elevator companies
successively enter into China
Enterprise A is also an elevator production, under the background of the fierce
competition, so as to maintain the leading position, Enterprises must reduce the
product cost scientifically and continuously on the premise of guarantee the quality
of products, On the other hand, Enterprises A has more than 20 branches around the
world, due to changes in the development strategy, South Korea branch will be shut
down Enterprise A will have a lot of ascension from next year in 2013, the market is
gradually transferring to China, the production capacity of workshop is facing a great
test, so A has to improve production efficiency to meet customer demand. In order to
reduce cost and improve the quality, the lean production theory and method are
widely recognized and adopted by many enterprises. This thesis originates from a
landing door production line improvement of Enterprise A
Based on the related theory knowledge of lean production, this thesis take the
landing door production line of improve project as the research object to do a series
of analysis and research, systematically discusses the continuous improvement of
landing door production line of Enterprise A, this improvement project uses research
methods as value stream mapping analysis, literature research, the simulation
method, etc.. In improving the production efficiency and save a lot of area, shorten
the manufacturing cycle, eliminating the waste in the process to gain more
competitive advantage.
This thesis presents a set of methods for landing door production line of
Enterprise A to promote lean production. Emphasized the enterprise
implementation of lean production shouldn’t be rote , should be flexible to use lean
knowledge and industrial engineering knowledge etc. As to Enterprise A this has
important influence both in the theoretical significance and practical value
management.
