本文对TET公司应用精益生产理论进行分析,在精益生产理论研究和TET公
司精益生产实践应用的基础上,通过分析该项目管理在项目过程中使得人的思想
变革和业务绩效提升两个方面有机结合,从而使得精益生产工具在项目实施中极
具兼容性和可操作性,并由此推动员工思想的转变使得精神生产理念的得以彻底
灌输和被坚决的执行,进而项目得以成功完成且将公司整体的运营效率和客户满
意度方面有质地提升。
本文的创新点在于该公司作为标杆企业,其生产管理经验方法对国内众多中
小PCB企业有借鉴和参考意义;尤其重要的是,通过对该公司研究分析,精益生
产的持续改善和建立具有中国特色或企业自身特色的精益生产方法才最切合企业
发展实际,最后在该精益生产项目中精益文化的渗透、团队建设和团队激励也是
非常重要和值得借鉴。

ABSTRACT
The manufacturing site is indeed the source of interest, interest is the source of the
manufacturing method. Factory in the global Toyota Corporation, improve the
production management, manufacturing level, product development and process control
level, the result is to create a very successful business model, and the creation of the
Toyota production way from birth to now evolved into a very mature and complete
system of production, lean production tools such as 100% good products, complete
elimination of waste, to reduce the cost to create interest, and full participation in the
improvement is the essence of Toyota production way. Along with China has become
the world&39;s manufacturing center, many enterprises on how to apply lean production at
the lowest cost, the shortest time to produce high quality, minimum defect products, so
as to improve their competitiveness in the industry.
This paper analyzes the application of lean production company TET theory, based
on the lean production theory research and practical application of lean production in
TET company, through the analysis of the project management in the project process
makes the ideological change and business performance improvement of organic
combination of two aspects, such as lean production tools in the implementation of the
project very compatibility and operability, and thus promote the transformation of the
staff thought that spiritual production concept is completely indoctrination and be
resolutely implemented, and the project was successfully completed and the overall
operation efficiency and customer satisfaction have a big improvement.
The innovation of this paper lies in the company as the model enterprise, the
production management experience is of reference value to domestic small and
medium-sized PCB enterprises; it is especially important, through the analysis of
research on the company, establish the improvement of lean production and lean
production methods with Chinese characteristics or the enterprise own characteristic is
most suited to the actual development finally, in the lean production project of
permeability, Lean culture team construction and team incentive is very important and
worthy of reference.

第1章绪论
1.1 研究背景及意义
TET公司原为一间民营企业,全盛时期共有两间工厂(系自建厂房)员工人
数达1500人,自2008年经济危机时期,公司因资金链断裂而逐步走向亏损的泥
沼,08年至2010年三年连续亏损,经营状况举步为艰,在2010年公司开始接洽
并在11年初成功转卖给台湾一间PCB上市集团公司,而该集团公司原本亟需在
珠三角扩张,此次顺利接收TET并对这次收购抱有非常大的期望,以此为契机布
局华南以便更近更有效福射服务于华南区客户。而在2012年当TET公司已被整
顿和接收达一年之久后,公司的治理运营和文化逐渐学习和向其台湾总公司靠近。
近年来,因手持式智能通讯设备持续白热化,如智慧性手机PAD.游戏设备等,
且面板电视.平板电脑等消费性电子设备需求量连年攀升,借着国内外连番刺激扩
张内需的春风,家电.汽车等消费品早已走入寻常百姓家.如此PCB行业前景形势大
好,伴随着固定资产设备的高投入,劳动密集型企业毛利率仍比普通来料加工企业
要高的多.如TET公司这种来料加工企业,因其高度的专业性,必须以产品质量
可靠性、有竞争力的价格和良好的售后服务才能获取更多的订单,如要有很好的
发展,必须在两个方面:第一,在提高专业和技术方面从而在价格、质量、研发
和生产时间内上占据优势;第二,是上游企业的发展需更好。
本文对TET公司应用精益生产理论进行分析,该公司结合其现状实施导入精益
生产实施推行项目化管理,利用现代项目管理的先进思想和方法确保精益生产项
目推行有良好的导向前提和过程进度控制和结果保证,另因精益生产应用于各行
业领域而在不同企业策略手法和执行效果大相径庭;而因公司在PCB行业排名靠
前且PCB行业内企业导入精益生产管理企业并不普遍,公司属该行业内中高端标
杆企业,其生产管理经验方法委实对国内众多中小PCB企业有借鉴和参考意义;尤
为重要的是,通过对TET公司应用的研究分析,精益生产的持续改善和建立具有
中国特色甚至个别企业特色的精益生产方法最切合企业发展实际,另在其中相
关精益生产项目化管理中精益文化的渗透、团队建设和团队激励亦是推行中非常
重要和值得借鉴。
