和市场的强烈需求。这个信息系统应具备稳定性、扩展性、安全性的特征，能够
实现各个子系统的无缝协同，以确保企业未来发展。当前，如何实现供应链管理
的科学化和高效化是一个突出的问题，通过供应链信息管理系统的分析和构建，
应该能够实现节省企业成本，提高商务效率，促进企业发展的目标。
本文旨在探讨吉林化纤集团公司通过建立和实施供应链管理信息系统，实现
资金流、物流和信息流的统一，满足业务运营的需求，依托于高效供应链管理信
息系统，实现生产、采购、销售各环节的信息共享和业务协同，增强灵活性和执
行能力，减少浪费，降低成本，提高物资周转率和运营效率，增强市场竞争能力。

Research on Construction of Supply Chain Management Information System
of Jilin Chemical Fiber Co. Ltd
With the rapid development of economic globalization background, based on the
world of information technology upgrading and information industrial structure
adjustment under intense, enterprise supply chain management theory is mature day
after day. The optimization of enterprise supply chain management by means of
information technology, to promote the integration of informatization and
industrialization, taking a new road to industrialization, it is very important to realize
the enterprise value.
Jilin Chemical Fiber Group is facing upstream, downstream chemical industry&39;s
further expansion, and gradually formed a integrated development pattern, need to build
the Internet coverage of the whole supply chain of large system platform based on, to
meet the strong demand of the enterprise and the market. The information system
should have stability, growth characteristic, security, seamless coordination can realize
each subsystem, in order to ensure the future development of enterprises. At now, how
to realize the scientific and efficient supply chain management is a prominent problem,
through the analysis and construction of the supply chain management information
system, should be able to save the cost of enterprise, improve business efficiency,
promote enterprise development goals.
This paper aims to explore the Jilin Chemical Fiber Group company through the
establishment and implementation of supply chain management information system,
unified logistics and information flow, funds flow, to meet the business needs, relying
on the efficient supply chain management information system, realize the various links
of production, procurement, sales information sharing and business collaboration,
enhance the flexibility and ability to execute, to reduce waste, reduce the cost, improvethe turnover rate and the operation efficiency of materials, enhance market competition
ability.
