基于战略视角的大连 DC 公司组织结构再造
摘 要
组织结构对企业发展非常重要，企业组织结构是否合理，以及企业结构模式的选
择的正确与否都会对企业的生存与发展产生至关重要的影响。企业组织结构模式选择
涉及到企业生产经营中的众多因素，诸如，企业的技术水平、企业的规模、企业文化
建设、企业的发展战略、企业的各种软环境，等等。随着企业组织理论的发展，企业
在自身组织结构选择方面可以有多种的模式来选择，至于选择哪一种组织结构模式，
或者对自身组织结构模式进行怎样的变革，要从自身的经营特点与企业所处的经营环
境出发进行综合考虑
本文以大连 DC 公司为案例企业进行研究，重要从战略管理的视角，审视了该公司
的组织机构模式选择与设计问题，探讨了该公司组织机构再造的问题。文章首先是对
战略发展及组织结构的概念进行阐述，在对战略发展相关理论进行借鉴和学习的基础
上，研究组织结构的基本类型及发展趋势，分析说明了组织结构再造的内容及影响因
素。通过对案例企业组织结构现状的分析，指出大连 DC 公司现行组织结构中存在的问
题。诸如企业的组织结构模式与公司的战略目标不相符，不利于企业战略目标的实现；
企业组织结构在设计方面比较粗化，各个职能部门绩效不高；企业在组织设计上中间
管理层次过，机构非常臃肿；公司现行的金字塔式组织结构比较僵化不利于创新活动
的进行、在具体经营领域管理缺乏有效的导向，不能按照客户需求对管理与经营方式
进行适时的调整，等等问题。结合理论界的研究成果，提出了大连 DC 公司组织结构优
化的基本思路，并进一步明确了对案例企业组织结构优化与创新的基本原则与目标；
最后，重点提出了大连 DC 公司新组织结构的实施步骤和保障措施，并重点强调从大
连 DC 公司系统、制度、体制、文化等方面保证企业战略的达成
