本文是 Z 集团以中国新农村建设的历史性发展的机遇把握、集团在传统的农
牧产业链业上的核心竞争力的保持和发展以及 Z 集团在内部工程管理上面临的
机遇和挑战为出发点，结合工程项目管理理论和国内外工程项目管理模式的比较
分析，提出适合于 Z 集团现阶段发展的工程管理模式——从传统的工程项目管理
模式开始，逐步过渡到 EPC 模式、Partnering 模式，以满足集团工程建设方面
的需求。并选取了集团工程代建管理相关实例进行了比较分析。
通过本文的论述，可以使工程项目管理从业人员认识到对工程项目管理模式
研究的重要性和必要性，同时对先进工程项目管理模式的引进和借鉴，可以提高
我国建筑企业的竞争力，对我国建筑企业应对国内国际建筑市场的激烈竞争有一
定的现实意义。

Abstract
With the deepening constantly of our country&39;s reform and opening up to the
outside world, there are more and more building projects of the great scale and
diversified investment. Foreign building constructors are introduced and domestic
building enterprises are walking out, the competition of the international building
market is fiercer and fiercer，and the expecting to management level of engineering
project is higher and higher. Meanwhile, the management mode of engineering project
is being developed constantly, and a lot of new-type modes have appeared in the
world. The introduction of the advanced project management modes certainly will
bring impact and influence on the construction of China, so the analysis and research
about the engineering project management mode are required urgently.
In this dissertation, with China&39;s new rural construction in the historic
development opportunities to grasp and with the group in the traditional farming
industry on the chain&39;s core competitiveness and the Z group to maintain and develop
the internal project management opportunities and challenges faced as a starting point,
the Z Group combined with project management theory and international project
management model to make comparison analysis. The Z group stage for the
development of project management-from the traditional project management models,
and gradually transition to the EPC model and Partnering model to construction
projects to meet group needs. And select relevant examples of construction
management group works to make comparative analysis.
Through the dissertation, it can make the employed of project management realize
the importance and necessity of the research of the project management mode, project
management further more, the introduction and reference of the advanced mode can
improve the competitiveness of the building enterprises of China, and for the building
enterprise of our country, there are certain realistic meanings to tackling the keen
competition of the domestic and international construction contract market.

1.1 项目管理
1.1.1 项目的概念和基本特征

一次性任务。
任何事物都有其区别于其它事物的不同点，称其为特征。项目特征如下：

1.1.2 项目管理概念
前面已经介绍了什么是项目，最终要解决的问题是对项目管理的其中一种方
法进行探讨。所以还要掌握项目管理的基本问题，首先应当了解什么是项目管理。
项目管理是在一定的约束条件下，为达到目标对项目所实施的计划、组织和控制
的过程。
1.1.3 项目管理的职能

后，不妨再看一看什么是项目管理的特点，以利于进行分析比较，来找出它们的
区别与联系。其特点如下：
(1)每个项目的项目管理都有自己特定的管理程序和管理步骤；
(2)项目管理是以项目经理为中心的管理；
(3)项目管理是应用现代化管理方法和技术手段的管理；
(4)项目管理是采用动态控制为手段的。
