在手机通讯円益风行的时代,手机市场竞争己经到了白热化的阶段。而随着
人力成本的不断攀升,中国制造的红利正在逐渐消退,手机制造业的利润也在逐
年下滑。同时新一轮的经济危机来临,使得手机制造业面临更加严峻的考验。企
业过去靠增加销量而获取更多利润的模式己经不适合行业的发展需求,取而代之,
低成本高品质优质服务成为企业利润增长的新命题
本论文以此为契机,对A公司手机生产加工环节进行了精益生产管理应用研
究,旨在为A公司打造低成本高品质优质服务的管理模式提供指导方案,从而全
面提升公司的核心竞争力,进而赢得市场竞争的胜利。同时,通过研究探索一套
适合中国手机制造企业的精益生产应用方法,并在精益生产管理本土化的应用研
究方面有所突破创新
首先,论文研究通过A公司当前生产现状的分析,识别出了当前存在的主要
问题:现场管理杂乱、浪费随处可见、效率体系不完善、品质系统管理效果不佳、
辅料成本浪费严重、订单交付准时率低、生产周期长、在线库存和呆滞库存多、
自动化设备和防呆防错治工具少、人员培训效果不佳、员工主观能动性差、组织
管理断层、企业生产运营的各项关键指标和行业标杆企业都存在着较大差距
随后,论文研究在精益生产思想的指导下,参考国内外精益生产实践的案例,
结合A公司的生产现状,提出了具有一定创新意义的新“TPS”精益生产管理模
型,并应用模型对精益生产管理应用设计了实施方案。实施方案针对A公司生产
存在的主要问题主要从三个维度进行改善研究,分别是制造技术改善、支持系统
设计、人才培养建设
最后,论文研究对A公司精益生产应用设计方案进行了标杆项目的实施验证,
并取得了良好的改善绩效。通过标杆项3的实施研究总结反馈,进一步完善了整
体精益生产应用实施方案

ABSTRACT
In the growing popularity of mobile phone communication era, mobile phone
market competition has reached a white-hot stage. With the labor costs rising, China
manufacturing bonus is waning,the profits of mobile phone manufacturing industry are
declining year by year. The advent of the new round of economic crisis makes the
mobile phone manufacturing industry face a more severe challenge. Mode to get more
profit by increasing sales of the enterprises in the past is no longer suitable for the
development needs of the industry. Instead, low-cost and high-quality service has
become a new topic of corporate profit growth.
Based on these, this paper study on application of Lean Production management of
mobile phone production in A Company, which aims to provide guidelines for A
company to build low-cost and high-quality services management model, so as to
enhance the company's core competitiveness, and win the market competition. At the
same time,through the research to explore a set to suit the application method of Lean
Production in China mobile phone manufacturing enterprises, and to achieve a
breakthrough innovation in the study on the application of Lean Production
management localization.
Firstly, this paper analyzes the current production situation of A company and finds
the major problems are: field management chaos,waste can be seen everywhere, the
system efficiency is not perfect, the effect of quality management system is poor, a
serious waste of material cost, order delivery on time rate is low, long production cycle,
inventory in the process and sluggish inventory is more, less automation equipment and
Poka Yoke governance tools,less staff initiative, disorder organization and management,
the key indicators of production and operation between the company and benchmarking
enterprises have a large gap.
Then, under the guidance concept of Lean Production, reference to domestic and
foreign Lean Production case, combined with the production situation of A company,
the paper proposes a new ” TPS model about Lean Production management which has
the certain innovation significance, and applies the model to design implement plan of
Lean Production management application. Implement plan according to the main
problems existing in A company is mainly focus on three dimensions: technology
improvement in manufacturing,support system design , personnel training construction.
Finally, this paper designs implement plan of Benchmarking Project to apply to
Lean Production in A company, and have achieved good performance improvement. By
summary feedback about the study on the implementation of Benchmarking Project,the
implementation of the overall application plan of Lean Production is further improved.

的环境中立足并取得长久发展成为当前手机制造企业最重要的使命
随着国际及国内经济形势的不断变化,手机行业环境也发生了显著的变化
人力成本以及原材料成本的持续上升,手机制造原先可观的利润正在逐渐减小,
而市场竞争却越来越激烈。国外巨头品牌优势明显,国内大牌奋起直追,还有一
些知名企业也想在这个巨大的消费市场中分得一杯羹,正在陆续的加入到市场竞
