摘 要
在经济全球化的今天,现代企业间的竞争,从根本上说是技术创新的竞争。要想在
日区激烈的竞争中生存,只有不断地在核心技术、产品质量上创新。因而,现代企业越
来越重视产品研发部门的投资,并把技术创新作为企业发展的长期战略。趋势科技是一
家实力雄厚的跨国信息安全软件公司,趋势科技公司如何依靠技术创新提升市场竞争
力,保持世界领先水平,是一个至关重要的战略问题。

本文在分析技术战略的相关理论和文献综述的基础上,结合趋势科技公司实际,分
析了趋势科技公司的内外部环境。在外部环境方面,主要对客户对新技术的需求、行业
竞争环境、公司所处的技术创新环境以及主要竞争对手等展开分析。在内部环境上,主
要对趋势科技公司的组织结构、研发实力、人力资源、企业文化、经营战略展开分析。

通过对趋势科技公司的 SWOT 分析,提出了趋势科技公司技术战略的基本思路应以市
场需求为导向,以提升客户核心竞争力为目标。研究指出趋势科技公司的技术创新战略
应该加强产学研合作,与市场共同推动;与外部技术公司合作创新;增加研发收入,加
大创新力度等。在制度保障方面,趋势科技公司应增强对研发人员、研发技术、研发资
金投入的保障,并制定专利战略,加强专利保护。

本文运用技术创新战略理论、波特五力分析模型,PEST 和 SWOT 等研究工具,通
过对趋势科技公司内部环境和外部环境的剖析、公司存在的优劣势及其机会和威胁的解
读,主要得出以下结论:第一趋势科技的竞争对手众多,市场虽然广阔,但竞争压力大;
第二,趋势科技分布广泛,研发实力获得了国际的普遍认同,防毒软件具有很强的营销
和服务能力,趋势科技整体人员素质较高,赢得业界一致好评。第三,趋势科技公司的
SWOT 分析显示,公司应该趋利避害,把握机会,广纳良才,充分利用品牌优势和技术
优势牢牢抓住市场,并进一步开拓中国市场。论文分析趋势科技公司技术创新战略,以
期给中国高新产业就如何分析市场竞争中的机遇与挑战、如何培养企业自身的技术创新
能力、如何把握技术发展的趋势、如何在此基础上选择适合自己的技术创新战略并获得
成功等这些问题以参考,这也是本文选题的出发点和归宿。

ABSTRACT
In today&39;s economic globalization, the competition between modern enterprises is
fundamentally the competition of technology innovation. To survive the fierce competition,
companies have no choice but to constantly innovate in core technology and product quality.
Therefore, modern enterprises pay more and more attention to product R&D department,and
regard technology innovation as the enterprise&39;s long-term development strategy. Trend Micro
Company is a powerful multinational information security software company,and how to rely
on technical innovation to upgrade the competitiveness and keep the world leading level is a
vital strategic problem for Trend Micro.
Based on theoretical analysis and literature review, combined with Trend Micro&39;s
practices, the company&39;s internal and external environment is analyzed. The external
environment analysis includes technology innovation needs from customer demand, the
competitive environment of the industry, the company&39;s technical innovation environment, as
well as the main competitors. Internal environment analysis includes the organizational
structure of Trend Micro, the R&D capabilities, human resources, corporate culture and
business strategy. According to Trend Micro&39;s SWOT analysis, the basic idea of Trend Micro&39;s
technology strategy should be oriented to market demand with the goal.of enhancing the core
competitiveness. The study points out that Trend Micro should strengthen research
cooperation and innovative collaboration with external technology company, as well as
increase R&D revenue to increase innovation effort. Besides, Trend Micro should enhance the
protection of R&D personnel, R&D technology, funding investment, and set patent strategy to
strengthen patent protection.
Based on theory of technology innovation strategy, Porter&39;s five forces, PEST and SWOT
tools, we analyzed Trend Micro&39;s internal and external environment, the company&39;s existing
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and drew the following conclusions:(1)
Trend Micro has lots of competitive pressures though owning large market share; (2) Trend
Micro is widely distributed; the R & D strength is generally recognized; the overall quality
of personnel is relatively high. (3) Trend Micro&39;s SWOT analysis shows that the company
should foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses to seize opportunities and recruit good
talent, make full use of the brand and technological advantages to firmly grasp the market
and further develop the China market. Based on the analysis of Trend Micro&39;s technology
innovation strategy, this paper has significant meaning for Chinese high-tech industry on
how to face the competition and challenges, how to cultivate enterprise&39;s own technical
innovation ability, how to grasp the technology trends and how to select their own
technological innovation strategy, which is also the starting point and destination of this
study.
