而且机构养老也存在运营、监管、服务等方面的问题。因此提出了弥补以上不足
的虚拟养老院模式,首先,该模式充分利用电子商务技术,整合了社会的各种有
利资源,并从老人居家服务的需求和供给角度出发,分析了届家养老服务的市场
情况,表明虚拟养老院式的居家养老是符合社会发展规律的,具体其独特的优势,
能够合理的配置社会资源。关于虚拟养老院的实践应用,本文是基于甘肃省白银
市960943家政服务网络平台进行研究的,通过实证和实际运营,探索一条虚拟
养老院运营的最佳模式,弥补传统养老的缺陷,解决目前我国现有的人口老龄化、
养老难等问题。

Abstract
There has been a cultural tradition of show filial piety to the olds since ancient China
Traditional endowment service model generally includes family support of old age and institutions
for old age. My paper found out some problems of traditional model of the aged support at home
and government-run institutions endowment. Through analysis of these problems, we found that
traditional model of the aged support at home is absent of effective industry chain and dynamic
mechanism. On the one hand, it39;s difficult to achieve standardization of services and information
management and its development is limted. On the other hand, Institutions endowment also has
the problem of operation, supervision and service. So in order to make up for these insufficient,
virtual nursing home is proposed. Firstly,the model makes fiill use of all kinds of resources and
electronic commerce technology. Secondly, From the point of supply and demand, we analyzes
market situation of the family endowment service. The results indicates that virtual nursing home
is in accordance with the law of development of the society, and own its unique advantage, which
is a reasonable allocation of social resources. About the practical importance of this issue, taking
the Baiyin, Gansu province, 960943 domestic service network as platform, we found that the
virtual nursing home can effectively make up for the defect of traditional pension and solve the
existing problems of population aging and pension. In a word, virtual nursing home is of great
significance to promote social harmony.
