本文就围绕此内容展开讨论和研究。由于该维力米业务模式创新,所以战略规划制
定被设定在如何去理解一个刚萌芽的产业环境,为业务在现有基础上带来最适合未来市
场发展的新模式。本文通过市场细分得到目标市场,相关利益者分析和波特五大竞争力
对公司外因进行分析,以及公司的核心资源理论对业务内部资源进行阐述。文章也随后
的战略规划的制定中,将所有战略要素整合进将来可能存在的业务市场情景中,再进行
SWOT分析归类,和逻辑推断,为维力米业务系统提炼出四个战略规划选择。最终,管
理层从项目组的提案中筛选出维力米业务最有实施价值的战略规划,为维力米业务下一
步发展奠定基础。

key success factor in six out of the eight Millennium
Development Goals of UN. People are more focusing on healthy life in modern society with
hi-Tech explosion. D company acquired nutrition products division at the moment of the
trendy. When D company assesses all the current business in nutritional products division, the
joint venture Nutririce businesswas found in its crisis.But it is the complementary of current
strategies in D company level. So D company established a project team to do theresearch on
Nutririce current business and provide new strategic Planning for Nutririce in Asia.
Thestudyis explored on howto make strategic options for establishing a sustainable rice
fortification business in Asia. The project team tries to set a stage for Nutririce business in
new future based on the new market defined by all the analysis in this study.First, a
segmentation help definesthe potential markets. Subsequently external environment has been
studied accordingly in terms of relevant theories. On the internal side, the resource base of D
Company and B Company has been analyzed to gain an understanding of which resources and
capabilities would offer (sustained) competitive advantage. Nutririce business is set in
Scenario planning and all the collected information has been consolidated and integrated into
different scenario to form4 different strategic options. We evaluate 4 strategic options
according to determined criteria in further. Finally the approach which permits the parallel
exploration of both 2 strategies has been proposed based on Asia.
