本文查阅了大量人力资源管理、现代企业培训、培训课程与丌发、我国中小
企业发展等相关的著作、文章,运用MBA阶段所学的知识,通过参与H公司人
力资源培训体系优化的实际工作,通过对H公司人力资源培训体系分析,寻找问
题所在并提出解决方案,对H公司人力资源培训体系优化前后做了对比分析,获
取了丰富的一手资料,掌握了大量有价值的研究数据。为了充实资料和数据,避
免片面性和倾向性,先后对其他中小企业进行了调查研究。为了避免研究者在专
业、思维方式、经历、经验上的局限性,使研究更具普遍性和科学性,在研究过
程中选择来自H公司不同的部门、不同岗位以及其他中小企业的相关人员等进行
了结构性访谈,使之与H公司人力资源培训体系的研究得到相互映证。
本文通过对H公司人力资源培训体系建设研究案例的深入分析,从H公司人
力资培训源体系的现状、存在的问题,人力资源培训体系建设研究,进而对比分
析了完善、全面的人力资源培训体系对于提高中小企业竞争力、人员结构稳定、
方面发挥着不可替代的作用。
通过对H公司人力资源培训体系的设计研究,结合我国中小企业现状,提出
了我国中小企业构建人力资源培训体系应遵循的五点建议,为我国中小企业在人
力资源培训体系构建提供了借鉴和帮助。

With the advent of the knowledge economics era and serious competition of
international talents, the human resource management plays the important impetus role
in the development of modern enterprise. In order to improve competitive power, more
and more enterprises actively seeks new ways of DPR. Training in the enterprise HRD
is indispensable.For modern enterprise, especially for Small and Medium-sized private
enterprises, it is an urgent task to build and perfect training system and advance the
sustainable development of enterprise.
This article through to H company human resource training system construction of

of the study, which compared the perfect, comprehensive human resources training
