MBA硕士毕业论文《面向客户需求的江西移动通信网络运维管理研究》(58页).rar 【关键词】　移动通信；　网络运行与维护；　管理模式；　管理策略；　业务流程；　 【英文关键词】　Mobile　communication；　Network　operation　and　maintenance　Management　system；　Management　mode；　Management　strategy；　Business　process；　 【中文摘要】　本文以中国3G网络发展为背景,介绍现代运维管理知识原理的基础上,对江西移动通信网络运维管理现状进行了系统的分析,对江西移动通信公司面对的内外部环境进行了进一步论述,指出了江西移动通信网络运维管理工作面临的机遇与挑战。在对江西移动通信网络运维管理各方面的分析的基础上,提出了要构建面向客户需求的综合型的移动通信网络运维管理模式及其实施方法。本文对网络运维管理模式进行了设计,设计的内容主要包括了网络运维管理模式的组织结构、工作流程、KPI指标等。该管理模式的核心业务流程以客户需求为核心,兼顾网络维护的需要。这种移动通信网络运维管理模式与我国移动通信发展趋势是相适应的,对提高移动通信运营商的客户满意度具有重要的意义。论文最后通过对江西省景德镇市移动通信网络管理工作得失分析,进一步印证了构建面向客户需求综合型的移动通信网络运维管理模式的重要意义和作用。　 【英文摘要】　This　paper　takes　the　Chinese　3G　network　development　as　a　background,　introduces　basic　principle　of　the　telecommunication　network　operation　and　maintenance　management.　In　this　foundation,　the　paper　has　carried　on　the　systemic　analysis　to　communication　network　operation　and　maintenance　management　of　JiangXi　mobile　in　present　situation.　The　internal　and　external　environment　to　JiangXi　mobile　communication　company　is　carried　on　further　elaborated,　has　pointed　out　opportunity　and　challenge　of　JiangXi　mobile　comm...
