摘要随着商业竞争的不断加剧,企业的关注焦点已经从传统的市场推广和产品创新转
移到了采购与供应链环节。在这个环节,采购效能和成本控制直接决定了企业的市场
竞争力。随着数字经济的迅速发展,这一挑战变得更加紧迫,同时也带来了新的机遇。
数字化采购管理系统在当前商业环境中扮演着至关重要的角色。它不仅是实现采
购效能和成本控制的关键工具,还是企业数字化转型的重要组成部分,能够帮助企业
在竞争激烈的市场中立于不败之地。本项研究建立在供应链管理、数字化采购以及流
程改进的理论基础之上,意图改善S 公司在数字化环境中的物资采购流程。本文首先
通过分析S 公司数字化转型的背景,明确其在数字化转型方面遇到的挑战。通过深入
剖析S 公司现有的采购操作流程,并通过问卷调查的方式来识别流程问题及其成因,
再有针对性地给出S 公司物资采购业务流程优化策略,通过数字化转型,部署数字化
采购管理信息系统,实现采购业务流程再造。本文将策划针对性的改良措施,目的是
为了提高采购操作的效率,减少成本开支,从而增强公司的市场竞争力。在企业数字
化转型和电子采购管理信息系统运用的支持下,本文重点从采购业务的改进出发,这
涉及到制订采购策略、选拔供货商、确认购买价格以及加强入库检验等环节。其次,
技术优化方面,包括取消多余与不合理流程、合并同类流程、重塑科学清晰流程、简
化精选精益流程。最后,针对再造的流程提出优化策略的实施与保障。研究希望提升
S 公司物资采购业务流程成效,为同行提供借鉴。
同时,企业意识到,顺应产业潮流进行数字化转型是必不可少的。在这一转型过
程中,许多企业已经开始引入数字化背景下物资采购管理信息系统。这些系统能够降
低采购成本,实现采购过程的高效和透明,对于企业竞争力的提升意义重大。特别是
对于中小型公司来说,在数字化转型和疫情后的时代,全流程再造变得尤为重要。他
们计划利用数字化采购管理系统以及其他尖端技术来重新设计和优化业务流程。这不
仅可以帮助他们更好地应对市场变化和竞争压力,还能够提升企业的灵活性和适应能
力。

Abstract
With the continuous intensification of commercial competition,the focus of
enterprises has shifted from traditional market promotion and product innovation to
procurement and supply chain links.At this stage,procurement efficiency and cost control
directly determine the market competitiveness of the enterprise.With the rapid
development of the digital economy,this challenge has become more urgent and has also
brought new opportunities.
The digital procurement management system plays a crucial role in the current
business environment.It is not only a key tool for achieving procurement efficiency and
cost control,but also an important component of enterprise digital transformation,which
can help enterprises stand undefeated in the fiercely competitive market.This study is
based on the theoretical foundation of supply chain management,digital procurement,and
process improvement,aiming to improve S Company's material procurement process in a
digital environment.This article first analyzes the background of S Company's digital
transformation and clarifies the challenges it faces in digital transformation.By deeply
analyzing the existing procurement operation process of Company S and identifying
process problems and their causes through questionnaire surveys,targeted optimization
strategies for S Company's material procurement business process are proposed.Through
digital transformation,a digital procurement management information system is deployed
to achieve procurement business process reengineering.This article will plan targeted
improvement measures with the aim of improving the efficiency of procurement operations,
reducing cost expenditures,and enhancing the company's market competitiveness.With the
support of enterprise digital transformation and the application of electronic procurement
management information systems,this article focuses on improving procurement business,
which involves formulating procurement strategies,selecting suppliers,confirming
purchase prices,and strengthening warehouse inspections.Secondly,in terms of
technological optimization,it includes eliminating redundant and unreasonable processes,
merging similar processes,reshaping scientifically clear processes,and simplifying and
selecting lean processes.Finally,propose optimization strategies for the implementation
and assurance of the reengineered process.The research aims to improve the effectiveness
of S Company's material procurement business process and provide reference for peers.
At the same time,enterprises realize that digital transformation in line with industry
trends is essential.In this transformation process,many enterprises have begun to
