摘要
随着网络经济和数字时代的蓬勃兴起,中国银行业的环境变得愈发复杂多变,
客户需求呈现多样化趋势,行业内部的竞争也日渐白热化。为了应对这些挑战,
各家银行正积极推动自身的变革,力求在激烈的市场竞争中占据优势。特别是在
零售银行业务领域,由于其广泛的客户基础、丰厚的利润空间以及相对较低的市
场风险,成为国内外银行转型的重点领域。同时,全球COVID-19疫情的持久影
响导致传统实体业务遭受打击,推动了银行业通过多元化的渠道和金融科技的创
新应用,不断优化产品与服务结构,期望在数字化进程中始终保持前沿地位。
本研究以招商银行为研究对象,结合已有的相关研究文献进行案例分析,就
招商银行在金融科技和零售业务领域的发展状况进行研究。招商银行有着“零售
之王”之称,在零售业务发展上面有着许多值得同业借鉴的地方,同时,招商银
行零售业务转型的三次转型经历使得其保持业界领先水平。本文首先简要介绍招
商银行的基本情况,讨论了它如何通过金融科技推动零售业务的发展动力、优势
以及发展历程,接着分析金融科技在其零售业务发展中的应用场景和对零售业务
产生的影响并进行评估,详述招商银行在零售业务方面借助金融科技进行转型的
实现过程与实现路径,阐述其所采取的措施和实施后的现状,结论是:在产品服
务、客户获取、经营效率和风险控制等方面对招行零售行业的发展积极地推动了
客户基础的扩大,业务规模不断增长,运营效率也有所提升,风险管理能力加强。
在本文的最后,对选取的案例进行分析总结,认为商业银行零售业务的发展
亟待金融科技的助力,同时也应注意风险的防范;总结在此案例上得到商业银行
应用金融科技进行零售业务转型的建议启示,例如商业银行零售业务进行转型前
需要结合自身情况,明确战略定位,应用金融科技创新业务类型,强化客户的精
细化管理和不断提升风控能力等。希望可以为当前的商业银行在借助金融科技发
展零售业务时提供一些指导与参考。

Abstract
With the booming of the network economy and the digital era,the environment
of China's banking industry has become increasingly complex and volatile,with
diversifying trends in customer demands and increasingly hot competition within the
industry.To cope with these challenges,banks are actively promoting their own
changes in an effort to gain an edge in the fiercely competitive marketplace.In
particular,the retail banking sector has become a key area of digital transformation for
domestic and foreign banks due to its broad customer base,lucrative profit margins
and relatively low market risks.Meanwhile,the lasting impact of the global
COVID-19epidemic has led to a blow to traditional brick-and-mortar business,
pushing the banking industry to continuously optimize its product and service
structure through diversified channels and innovative applications of financial
technology,in the expectation that it will always remain at the forefront of the
digitalization process.
This study takes China Merchants Bank as the research object,combines the
existing related research literature with case analysis,and conducts research on the
development status of China Merchants Bank in the field of financial technology and
retail business.China Merchants Bank is known as the “King of Retail”,and there
are a lot of lessons to be learned from its peers in the development of retail business,
and at the same time,China Merchants Bank's three transformations of digital
transformation of retail business have made it stay at the leading level in the industry.
This paper first briefly introduces the basic situation of China Merchants Bank,
discusses how it promotes the development of retail business through financial
technology,advantages and development history,then analyzes the application
scenarios of financial technology in the development of its retail business and the
impact on retail business and assessment,details the realization process and
realization path of digital transformation of China Merchants Bank in retail business
with the help of financial technology,and elaborates on the measures it has taken and
the implementation of its digital transformation.It details the process and path of
digital transformation with the help of fintech in China Merchants Bank's retail
business,describes the measures taken and the status quo after implementation,and
concludes that the development of China Merchants Bank's retail industry in the areas
of product service,customer acquisition,operation management and risk control has
positively contributed to the expansion of its customer base,the continuous growth of

its business scale,the improvement of its operational efficiency,and the strengthening
of its risk management capability.
At the end of this paper,the selected case is analyzed and summarized,and it is
believed that the development of commercial banks'retail business urgently needs the
help of financial technology,and at the same time,attention should be paid to the
prevention of risks;it is summarized that on this case,we have got the inspiration of
the suggestions of commercial banks'application of financial technology for the
digital transformation of retail business,for example,commercial banks'retail
business needs to be combined with their own situation before digital transformation,
clarify the strategic positioning,apply financial technology to innovate business types,
strengthen the refined management of customers and continuously improve the risk
control ability.It is hoped that it can provide some guidance and reference for
commercial banks in developing retail business with the help of FinTech.
