摘要
近年来,在金融脱媒、利率市场化深入推进、互联网金融竞争加剧等因素影响下,
国内银行业面临的内外部风险挑战明显上升,经营业务承压,资本对业务发展支撑保障
能力有所减弱。城市商业银行作为我国金融业的重要组成部分,同样在业务拓展、股东
管理、技术安全、资本补充和风险管控等领域的基础有待夯实,存在较大的经营挑战。
零售业务具有客户黏性高、风险分散、收入稳定等特点,因此城市商业银行在经营管理
中,围绕“服务地方经济、服务小微企业、服务城乡居民”的市场定位,积极推动零售
业务的转型发展,持续探索差异化经营,在满足客户多元化金融服务需求的同时,实现
自身增收创利。
论文阐述了 T银行零售业务转型概况、转型环境及措施,通过对近年来资产、负债、
营业收入等经营指标进行比较,得出转型成效。基于 T银行零售业务转型现状设计了调
查问卷,通过对调查结果的分析,找出转型路径不明、产品特色不足、科技支撑不强等
问题,并剖析其原因主要是转型时间较短、技术基础尚不稳固、风控能力有待提升、人
才团队建设相对滞后。从客户营销、零售产品、特色业务、科技支撑及渠道建设等方面
对 T银行零售业务转型策略提出了优化建议,从战略构建、合规经营、计财机制及队伍
建设等方面提出保障措施。
论文通过对 T银行的深入研究,分析了其转型策略上存在的发展困境,尝试提出行
之有效的优化路径,以期强化服务品牌,拓展收入途径,提升经营效益,加快零售业务
的转型发展。同时也为与 T银行经营发展模式、资产规模体量相近的城市商业银行发展
零售业务提供了参考。

Abstract
In recent years, under the influence of factors such as financial disintermediation,
deepening interest rate marketization and intensifying competition from Internet finance, the
domestic banking industry has faced significantly higher internal and external risk challenges,
with operating businesses under pressure and weakening capital support and guarantee capacity
for business development. As an important part of China's financial industry, urban commercial
banks also have to strengthen their foundation in areas such as business expansion, shareholder
management, technical security, capital replenishment and risk control, and face greater
operational challenges. The retail business is characterized by high customer stickiness, risk
dispersion and stable income, so urban commercial banks should actively promote the
transformation and development of retail business and continue to explore differentiated
operation in order to meet customers' diversified financial service needs while achieving their
own revenue growth. In order to meet the diversified financial service needs of customers and
at the same time to increase their own income and generate profits.
The paper describes the overview of retail business transformation, transformation
environment and measures of T Bank, and draws out the transformation effectiveness by
comparing the operating indicators of assets, liabilities and operating income in recent years.
Based on the current situation of T Bank's retail business transformation, a survey questionnaire
was designed. Through the analysis of the survey results, problems such as unclear
transformation path, insufficient product features, and weak technological support were
identified, and the reasons were analyzed, mainly due to the relatively short transformation time,
unstable technical foundation, risk control capability to be improved, and relatively lagging
talent team construction. The company also made suggestions for the optimization of T-bank's
retail business transformation strategy in terms of customer marketing, retail products, special
business, technology support and channel construction, and proposed safeguards in terms of
strategy construction, compliance operation, financial planning mechanism and team building.
Through an in-depth study of Bank T, the paper analyzes the development dilemmas of its
